Parking facilities

Recommended Posts

Hello everybody,

I'm planning to attend the Miami Heat - Orlando Magic game (22nd february).

I'm coming from Belgium and I don't know the area at all.

As there are no more availabilities in the parking lots, I'm wondering how far are the other parking options? Is it possible to walk from there to the Amway Area? How long does it take? Do those parking options have enough capacity?

Thank you in advance.

There is parking just to the East of the Arena on Parramore consisting of some small lots. If you chose this route I would recommend the Church parking lot which cost $10.00. It's a short walk to the arena.

On the East side of the arena on Orange Ave between Livingston and Amelia Ave is the courthouse garage. I believe it's cost is $5.00 and it's a 2 block walk to the arena.

The lots directly around the arena are sold out.

Hope this helps. Go Magic

I always park at the orange county courthouse since it is free sometimes or 5 bucks max. Fully enclosed and a short walk(though usually there is a public bus waiting on ameilia to take fans straight to the stadium free of charge).

MajicMan, speaks the truth. I have been parking there since back when Shaq/Penny played for us, and the walk up Amelia and through the Marriott is so worth it, when you aren't paying at all to park.

I'll be at the game, first game since the Mavs game, when Jameer went down. Hopefully nothing drastic occurs this time around.

yeah that band is pretty hardcore....

you can park for free near orange and jefferson, just hang right and park in front of the ones with the meter, you don't need to slip coins into them after 6p.m., it's about half a mile walk to the arena at most, and you can basically cut across blank lots that i don't recommend parking in unless your fond of having the car towed.

after the game when you can go back to your car your about a block away from the bars and clubs downtown if that's your thing.

I'm cursed. No more seats avalaible on Ticketmaster.

Do you think I'll find tickets if I go directly to the Amway Arena on the day of the game?

Any other possibilities to find tickets elsewhere?

By the way, what is parramore?
