Looking ahead: The free-agent class of 2009 (Chad Ford)

5. Hedo Turkoglu, Magic (ETO)

Besides Boozer, Turkoglu is the candidate most likely to opt out. He's coming off a career year for the Magic, and if he can repeat his 2008 Most Improved Player performance (19.5 points per game), he should be able to cash in with a bigger deal in the summer.

I think Otis should give Hedo, a 3 year deal worth around 27 million, and if he decline do a sign & trade deal.

On another note I think we should make a run at Jarrett Jack, Chris Wilcox, or Channing Frye, with the MLE.
