Because he has no low-post game and camps out behind the 3pt line. Are you actually watching the games? You can’t just ask a guy who’s skill set is roaming behind the arc to suddenly become the facilitator of the offense. It doesn’t work that way -

Yeah, Clifford has said they’ll likely split minutes and he’d ride it out based on how they’re playing and matchups. It’s neither something nor anything. It’s hard to believe what a mess TRoss is at the moment. This stretch will hopefully humble him into reeling in the crazy shot selection, which has just been awful -

Even if we somehow pull this out there’s just nothing good about what’s happening out there. These 4 games have been the worst offensive stretch of basketball I can ever remember watching and I’m not exaggerating -

That's fair. At the very least, it would be interesting to see how (or if) the team responded to Khem getting some minutes. I mean you can't deny he played a role in our run last year. Last night could have been a decent opportunity for that, although Isaac at C was a success -

Who's to say we don't win them even bigger with Birch on the floor? Besides, you just acknowledged yourself that its likely more a coincidence than anything else and that Birch is probably the better player at the moment -

I guess I just feel like its sort of at the expense of the team right now. I know he needs reps but he's also coming off an injury. Let him get his reps in GLeague for the short-term and give Birch some burn in the meantime. -

You'd have to define significant, but our record over the last third of the season is my evidence and the eye test that his energy is contagious, because you could see how it fired up this squad. -

Sending him to the GLeague for a month or two and giving him some reps isn't going to hurt his trade value any more than his current play is. Not to mention we're not moving him anytime soon. -

He started 81 of 82 games for us last year, helped us get to the playoffs for the first time in 8 years, and hit the game winner against Toronto. I'm not saying he should be, but Cliff may be a tad reluctant to yank him after 3 games for a guy who's played 36 games over 2 seasons is all.
