Yeah, I think that's behind a lot of the criticism that I'm getting. But for me, as a fan, this is the end of the era where I feel we're good enough to win a championship. That's hard for me to come to terms with and it's hard to write about. But I stand by it. Thanks for the kind words!

I'm just saying they're not winning a championship any time soon, not with Gil and Turk taking up half the cap. If that doesn't fit your narrow conception of what a true fan is, I don't want any part of it.

People keep accusing me of being a bandwagoner, but let me be clear: my favorite Magic team was the heart & hustle squad pre-McGrady. And I'll stick with the team through the next few years no matter what happens. You're misreading me entirely. And besides, I can be a fan on my own terms! LIBERATED FANDOM!
