When I wrote my original comment I was really trying to think of the last player this team developed and Jameer was who came to mind. If i remember correctly he was a 4 year college player and very mature. He was the last competent point guard this team has had and even back then this board always complained about him. "Shoot first"

The only problem with all these trade scenarios where we end up with draft pics is this team hasn't properly developed a young player since when? You tell me.

We all agree this team needs back court help PG and SG but besides just a good player at those positions a player with some real toughness is needed. Who is that? Maybe a guy like Chris Dunn from Chicago. The Magic killed them the other day and he didn't quit. I know he doesn't have the greatest shot but he's getting better. Just need another good young piece to grow with this team. And really who doesn't like a good young piece?

One thing about the nets is they play hard for the full 48. I don't think you will see that team wilt like our boys did last time out. They are young and also have a great cap situation. -

What a great defensive effort by the Pacers. They pressure guys that don't even have the ball making it hard to even get a pass off. I can imagine other teams hate playing them. I would love to see that kind of effort by the Magic. Maybe some day.

DJ is playing really good but this game was a perfect example of why we need a point guard who can really breakdown defenses and cover the PNR.
-
Really good win out of a tough spot. AG's 3rd quarter was fantastic and Isaac is already a great defender but his smooth in control offensive game is really nice to watch. Grant is turrrible.
-
Sorry. I guess that's why I don't gamble.
-
Yes they did by 1 point.

Tough loss but a great second half. Two weeks ago I wasn't sure iwundu was even a g league player but now I see there is a spot for him on this team. Isaac may become the star we've been looking for. It looks like Gordon and Fournier might like playing with each other finally. This road trip could really cement some team chemistry if they can at least win two or three. I like this team.

Best win in a long time with most of the NBA world watching. Excellent game by Vooch, Gorden, and of course Ross. Also DJ playing well limiting turnovers is very important. I still wish Clifford would get away from playing a five man bench line up but hey the Team is contending in most every game. Great momentum builder.

This game was lost by poor rebounding, too many bad calls and no calls by the refs and by Clifford playing a line up of all bench players again. He really needs to mix it up with a combination of starters sprinkled into that second line up.Either Vooch or Gordon should always be in with them.

Actually 3. Thank god for small favors.

Best game of the year but probably the worst opponent.
-
Ugly win. I guess when Lebron left he took his refs with him.

Victor Olidipo says hi.

I'm looking forward to the season starting. I'm feeling about 30 wins, but my hope is we can at least be more competitive in the losses and develop our youth. -
During one of last nights games an announcer said that if you have more than two players on your SL team that you plan on making a contribution during the season you are a pretty bad team. The way I see it the Magic have 5 maybe 6 Ouch. On the bright side maybe they will win summer league.

Thank you Atlanta even though i don't think Welt/Ham would have drafted Young anyway.

Let's get rid of that log jam and get a pg
-
Vuch and our 2 second rounders to Denver for Faried and 14 then gran Okobo
-
Vuch would be an excellent insurance policy if anything ever happened to the Joker. He's a real good offensive player and if you put him out there in lineups with Milsap and Wilson Chandler they could compensate for his defense. It might work for them, the question is can the get something better?
