I know... I have nothing against GR; that's just funny to me that its a new GR all over again like a clone or something. It would be hilarious if he started out in Milwaukee.
-
Any reason Exum may have a Nerlins experience in next years draft?
-
Lmao, not another Glen Robison, hopefully he is more exciting than and/or not related to the last one. Good player just boring, if GR were a player today he would still play for the Spurs like he did his last season (although for a career he averaged 20.2/scorer).

That seems more like it; I am ok with losing but not tanking intentionally. Didn't take long to start losing this year; even if other teams are competing for high lottery picks there are several high end players, at least 4, plus the Magic can trade all this '16/'17 DH trade loot and combine with picks to get higher picks.
-
Yeah, I am not saying Orlando should trade away their players; I do think that picks from '15, '16, and '17 can be packaged w/ picks in the late 1st round of '14 for picks 15 and under in the '14 draft. So if the team does jussssst barely miss the playoffs there should still be opportunities to try to pick up lottery picks

The one place the Magic don't need to be at it that .500 area (4-5). I'm ok with winning just the same as tanking but it needs to be consistent. Is anyone else pleasantly surprised with how the team is playing so far this year? No doubt, it is too early to say one way or the other either way; the good news is the pieces are in place to trade down the 14' draft with multiple picks. Just the same, expect that much more opportunity for more than usual player movement with so many other teams trying to do the same thing.
-
The point is taken and most casual fans seem to at least understand this draft is expected to be better than average. I think that Orlando needs to try and use all of these assets to grab two picks in the top 10-13 of the 2014 draft.
-
If you don't take a guy like Harris, there are 29 other teams that would be glad to have him; this is the kind of player that becomes one of the many pieces of rebuilding. Is there anyone else out there that is looking forward to watching how Brooklyn or Houston this year?

Orlando should trade around for a couple more draft picks. Glen Davis, AA, Nicholson, Maxiell now, are all appealing trade chips that can be combined with other things and traded. Also, maximize the TPEs received for Howard.
-
This is exactly right; experienced winners teach other people around them how to win. +1

Hell Yeah
-
Right on, number one pick in 2014 if our additions are Maxiell and possibly Ronnie Price at pg.
-
Yes, they are and thank god. Player's don't even make it half way through a contract anymore before they want to move on.
-
More or less just splitting hairs; point is Magic fans won't regret having drafted Oladipo.

hell yeah
