We all love Dwight and I'm sure that we are all in agreement that we want him to stay. That being said offers of trades are going to start pouring in and unless he makes a commitment to extend we could be left in a very bad situation. What do you think we should do?

It seems like we are all basically in agreement... right now Dwight is ours and it's up to management to show him that we are headed in the right direction. Gil coming back healthy and in shape could be a huge plus! Dwight making free throws would be an even bigger plus! We also need 1 player with the balls to take it to the hole and slam it on a regular basis. IMO if everyone we have steps it up a notch and the guys show a new found commitment to winning Dwight stays!

I'd take VC and Tmac as bench players at the minimum. Get rid of DooDoo and put Tmac behind Nelson. If we could get them to play a little D Tmac and VC off the bench would be nice! Tmac did great at PG lat year for Detroit. Meer/Tmac JJ/VC Turk/Qrich Anderson/Bass D12/Orton Even better if we could trade Turk for S&T Dally and filler Meer/Tmac JJ/VC QRich/FA/VC Anderson/Bass/D12 D12/Dally/Orton And who knows what trades or signings off amnesty Otis can make?

Rafer definitely made the game very exciting and I'd have to go with that. It did Pi$$ me off when he had cold streaks and kept shooting outside... but he more than made up with it with the excitement when he was on :D I'd take Skip over our current back up PG in a heartbeat if he's still got game.

I was a Magic fan before Shaq, after Shaq, before Dwight, and will be after Dwight. If he leaves I wish him the best and hope he gives us the opportunity to get some good pieces in return. That being said... please GOD make Dwight stay :D

IMO Dwight hasn't made up his mind but would prefer to stay providing management takes care of business. There are so many "what ifs" with this squad... What if Arenas comes back healthy and goes off for 20 a game with 8 assists What if Anderson starts and gets us 20 and 8 What if JJ starts and averages 19 What if Dwight makes his free throws What if our draftees can really play NBA ball What if Orton has developed a game during all this downtime I have accepted the fact that there are no facts to accept :D

Doesn't Stern realize that if contracts are voided the NBA has no recourse to get players back from playing in Europe, China, etc? We need a new league... without Stern, lousy refs making calls so bad it makes the game look fixed, and owners that don't want to honor contracts they were not forced to sign.
