I will miss the old Dwight. I said good-bye to him a few years ago. I hope the new Dwight blows every important close game-on-the-line-free throw and costs the Lakers every championship that they have a shot at. Hack-a-Dwight is moving west and he'll be taking a lot of shots in that back.

Houston's final offer was $12 million in immediate cap space instead of Arron Afflalo and Al Harrington, several of their recent first round selections, along with future lottery and unprotected draft picks. I'm hoping that Hedo goes to Denver for their TPE. That will only leave Meer, JJ, BBD, QRich, and the rookies from last years squad... all guys that want to play hard! The Lakers have to give up some more salary to make it work so we probably will get McBob's expiring and Blake as our backup PG. If Turk goes and we have 2 coming in we'll have to wave a player.

He's going to the Lakers according to the rumors! That in itself and the fact that this is over make me happy!

This deal might have been in the works a lot longer than anybody knew. It's probably no coincidence that Harkless is available as of today.

Wouldn't it be awesome if this deal went down and then it turned out Dwight's back never quite heals right and stops him from ever being dominant again? Stranger things have happened! Also now that the hack-a-Dwight has moved out west it will be interesting to see if teams just keep putting Dwight on the line until they get back into games.

Just curious how the Lakeshow can get Howard, Clark, and Duhon and only send out Bynum. How does that work when they are so far over the cap? Maybe we get Blake (much better than Duhon) and Ebanks? The Lakers board is wondering why we don't just cut out Denver and take Iggy ourselves? Will be interesting to see what the full details really are!

I'm kinda curious how this all works... and there are a lot of questions? Where's Dom with the numbers? We have Dwight's big contract going out, Duhon going out, how much is coming in? Are we going to be under the cap? Do we have room for a FA, will we trade some of our bigs for some more help? We may need Harrington to meet salary and then buy him out next year or trade him to somebody that needs space. Too many questions to panic, let's wait and see what the real deal is. Maybe Houston can be like a sniper on eBay and come through with a better offer... it's only 10:00 there LOL
