    The Dwight Howard Drama Unfolds

LMAO at people defending this trade as a reasonable decision by Hennigan, when he may not have even supported it.

    Dwight or Stan

How funny (ironic) would it be if the Magic fire Van Gundy, the Lakers fire Brown and hire Van Gundy after losing the series to the Thunder, Howard doesn't commit long-term to Orlando, and the Magic trade Howard for Bynum? Howard would be stuck with Van Gundy after all.

Magic vs. Pacers Opening Round Playoffs 2012

QRich was the first Magic player to hit a three in the Amway Center. Sort of a memorable moment in team history at the new arena. Nevertheless, he isn't what he was even just a year ago.

I ask myself why he's even in the game to begin with. :svgsad:

The discussion concerns this specific series, but thanks for your input.

Even if we _assume_ your entire statement is true, he's still playing better relative to Anderson, which is the whole point of this discussion. The numbers posted above don't generalize or make assumptions. Defensively, Clark has more rebounds and blocks. Offensively, Clark has more rebounds and a better field-goal percentage. :svgsad:

You answered your own question. Anderson isn't successful without Dwight, as revealed by his numbers in this series. Overall, Clark has a better field-goal percentage, more rebounds, and less fouls than Anderson - and all with less playing time. Game 1: Game 2: Game 3:

Clark's outplaying Anderson, who's pretty much a bust and undeserving of starter's minutes this series. Generalizations like this get old.

    "Successful" as in championships?

My plea to those attending Magic home games:

At this point, I'm just waiting for the post-game interview. If we lose the next game, I think Stan should start our young guns for the final game of the series so the elders on this team get the rest they clearly need (yes, I said final game).

My plea to those attending Magic home games:

Anderson's pretty much a bust this series. I think the difference between advancing and a first round exit is Ryan. Earl's actually playing better than him.
