USA, lol... On another note, it seems like the Puerto Rico national team has a decent future, Barea and "Bimbo" Carmona looked really good all tournament. Now if we could find better big man than Peter John Ramos we would be fine. Hopefully Ricky Sanchez gets better. Tommorow is the Gold Medal Game... good luck to our team!

Lol at LilPenny, you are hilarious. You want to ship out our PG's for a guy who hasnt even set a foot in a NBA court. Have you ever watched him play against other competition? I don't know, he doesn't seem very fast in those highlights. I remember watching China against Puerto Rico in the Olympic qualifiers and I don't recall a 6'9 PG playing for China. The Chinese team was really bad, other than Yao Ming, so if he couldnt get playing time, that raises a red flag for me. He could be a nice project for the Magic, but other than that don't get your hopes up.

What about Shaq in the best magic player poll? -
Anthony Grant vs Billy Donovan in a Hell in a Cell match up for the UF Coaching job? sign me up! quote: Originally posted by Drain-O:You know what would be great.... If William Donovan is talking and then all of a sudden Jim Ross is on ESPNNews and says my God that is Anthony Grant's music. Anthony Grant comes out and hits William with a chair while Jeremy Foley lifts up Anthony's hand in victory as he is introduced as the new coach of the UF Gators. Since Billy is now sleazy he agrees to become the agent for Joakim Noah, Corey Brewer, and Al Horford.

Stevenson wouldn't mind at all being a Magic Killer. I hope this isnt the case tommorow. -
I predict Magic: 95 Sixers:85 Dwight with 3 TO This is a must win, for sure. specially with them w/o iguodala.

do these boards reflect the ethno-centric nature of humans?

Whoa chill dude. Why are you attacking me? I think that Arroyo is a good player that can get out of this slump despite the coach. In no way am I supporting Brian Hill in my previous post. Just accepting reality. Maybe you should too. quote: Originally posted by giggi: quote: Originally posted by Draco:Arroyo went from not playing to getting 10 min or so he just needs to continue playing hard and get back into the rotation. Are you talking about the whole season here, or you just pick and chose time frame to "justify" your bellowed B. Hill's incompetence? -

"POST GAME REACTION": 89 Memphis Grizzlies @ 116 Orlando Magic Final
Draco replied to ~O~'s topic in Orlando Magic Forum
New magic killer Tarrence Kinsey and Warrick mark my words. BTW it was nice to see some fire with Darko. We need some one to bring fire to the team when they play poorly. -

I think accusing the coach of racism because he wont play Arroyo is completely ignorant and disrespectful to those that actually suffered the evils of prejudice and discrimination. If you're going to throw out these accusations please provide evidence. The Magic traded for him and Darko and gave him good minutes, used him for marketing campaigns and they are still giving him a chance even though he has been inconsistent. This doesn't mean I like Brian Hill as a coach. If he was really racist Arroyo would have gotten in a fight or would have asked for a trade. You think I would play for a racist coach? Hell no... -
Memphis will be trying to tank, Boston too, Milwaukee three, and Washington wont have Butler and Arenas hopefully. So thats 4 wins at the very least

Cliffnotes Translation; When arroyo was playing bad he deserved to be benched. Now Jameer is playing poorly and disrespecting the coach, why cant they give more playing time to other PG's? It doesnt have to be Arroyo, theres Diener and Dooling. Jameer has a superstar attitude and yet he hasnt proven anything yet in the NBA. quote: Originally posted by CG:De la manera que estan tratando a Arroyo y recompensando a Jameer, en poco tiempo no creo que queden ni latinos ni norteamericanos para apoyar ninguna noche en el Amway. The way they are treating Arroyo and rewarding Jameer, in a little while, I do not think there will be eiter Latinos or North Americans to support any night at the Amway.

There are a lot of Kobe homers writing sports articles. Ill be impressed when he drops 50+ on a good defensive team such as San Antonio, Chicago or Detroit. Scoring 50 on Memphis only shows how much his team sucks and how much of a ball hog he is. I bet Steve Nash, Nowitzki or any of the MVP candidates could drop 50 on crappy teams. But they don't need to because they have better teammates. There is a reason why when Shaq was in LA he was the first go to option and Kobe was second. Ill leave you guys with some rhetoric questions: Who averaged more points and got more shots i.e. who was the better player? Why did Kobe and Shaq fight so much when Shaq was in LA? Who had better results on their respective teams?

Translation: When I said college I meant UPR Mayaguez. And they suck at sports. So I feel your pain. Turabo always wins by giving big scolarships to foreign athletes. To me thats almost cheating. quote: Originally posted by FRED: quote: Originally posted by Draco:Saludos, mi gente.
