  1. Kaman available

The centerpiece it does involve, I'm informed, is Chris Kaman. Now that Marcus Camby (double-figure rebounding last two games) is nearing full strength, the 1-6 Clippers are open to a rational market trade for the big guy who has battened down their middle for five seasons and is owed $43 million over four seasons.

Other than getting personal, it's the only explanation I can come up with. Complaints about Hedo and/or thinking he should be traded off of his overall play and contract situation are one thing, but based off tonight?

I mean.. I honestly don't know how to react in a civil manner to that notion. So I won't say something I regret.

I'm assuming you're directing this at me, and you're missing my point.

We lost this game for a list of reasons I'm not going to go into. My issue with Hedo is that he's a) a terrible defender, and B) someone who will call his own number every play starting midway through the 3rd for the rest of the game. He could have made every shot, scored 60, and won us the game tonight, and my opinion, that that sort of decision making is detrimental to the team, wouldn't change. A stupid shot is a stupid shot, regardless of whether or not it goes in. Wanting to be the hero is ok when you're taking what the defense gives you. Hedo doesn't. At all. He runs the same awkward fake to his right then drives left before shooting an off-balance layup with the wrong hand.

Reality: Dwight Howard had 3 FGAs in the second half. If Hedo really is our "primary distributor" as everyone on this board seems to love to claim, than isn't it logical to conclude that he failed completely in the second half because our most efficient, most effective scorer wasn't getting the ball?

Honestly I didn't look at anyone's names, I just read the posts.

Since you gotta call me out, then I gotta respond. To think that Hedo Turkoglu cost us this game before Rashard Lewis is patently ridiculous. It just is.

And last time I checked, Stan Van Gundy is the head coach of this team, not Hedo Turkoglu.

    I agree

For all the stat geeks, Ariza had a plus/minus of +34 Sunday night. Put that in your web browser and click it. Good things happen when Ariza's on the court, even if he doesn't always get his name called over the loudspeakers when the play is finished.

"He's like a ghost out there," Jackson said. "Like a shadow. Just all of a sudden he shows on a screen, he's gone. He's a blip and he's away."

"I'm the type of player, I like to be sneaky," Ariza said. "That's how I get most of my steals, hiding behind guys and at the last second jumping in front. I try to be a team player. Whatever the team needs me to do to help us win."

Lee's suburban Orlando townhouse was robbed on Nov. 1, a night when his Orlando Magic routed the Sacramento Kings at Amway Arena.

Lee, the 22nd pick of the NBA Draft in June, came home to find computers, television sets, I-pods, jewelry and two X-box video game players stolen from his residence. Lee and his brother, Anthony, also had several items of clothes taken in the robbery.

"It was bad, but I'm kind of happy it happened before I got a (NBA) check because I really haven't even bought much of anything yet," Lee said before the Magic's game Saturday against the Washington Wizards.

Magic center Dwight Howard, Lee's mentor much of his time in Orlando, allowed the rookie shooting guard to live with him for a few days while Orange County Sheriffs investigated the crime. A flashy, Gucci watch that was a present from Howard upon Lee's arrival in Orlando was also stolen.

Lee, who will make $1.17 million this season, is in the process of moving into a gated complex that offers better security.

    Good thing Lee wasn't home.
