I do not see how Ariza would help in this department. Lastly the guy plays 2 games and hits a couple of 3's and you all act like he is an All-NBA performer. Stan isn't responsible for making trade, but even a blind man could see that SVG name was written all over that trade, because before Stan got the job, Otis was saying how Ariza was a big part of the future. Yeah a future...That ended with the signing of Rashard Lewis. He would be the third best small forward on the team and while it would be better than excellent to have perhaps the most athletic starting five next season (Nelson, Pietrus, Ariza, Lewis, Howard...I need to stop drooling) I don't think that it was in either Ariza's or the Magic's best interest for him to sit on the bench for two seasons Last year Bogans and Ariza was competing for the starting SG position, so the Lewis signing didn't have any affect on Ariza, it was his lack of outside shooting. Stan wanted to surround Dwight around shooter.

Dwight on free throws - Denton

If Howard could shoot 70% from the line, he would be top 5 in the league in scoring.

Rajon destroyed Billups off the dribble with his quickness last year. Iverson will at the very least attack him in the same manner at the other end of the floor. That, I'll agree with. Iverson should be able to shred Rondo into Parmesan cheese. The addition of AI, will also allow the Pistons to score more in the 4th quarter.

I think we need to keep Bogans because, say what you want about him, he's consistent, we have a new guy starting at sg, so its good to keep Keith around for security because you don't have to worry about him that much. You get rid of Keith then you have JJ & Lee as your backup sg's? c'mon thats not very smart. Also Bogans has the ability to run sf when we run small, both JJ & Lee don't have that ability. all you have to do is look back to last season to see bogans is not consistent. But Bogans has been the best player off our bench for a while now, he did lead the team in 3pt made last season, and you know that sat very well with Stan.

If we could swing a deal to get us 2 players like we did last year with Cook/Evans, then we will be in good shape. A team like the 76ers, would have interest in Redick and Bogans, they seem to lack in the 3pt shooting area ever since Korver was traded. If I was Otis I would trade Redick for Speights or Bogans for Evans. Right now Bogans is the only one producing on and off the bench. I hate to say it cause I really like jj's game in college, but he needs to go. but, who would want him now? I would pair jj with turk or shard(shard is soft in my opinion) and get a pg and pf. then move turk or shard which ever one we keep to the 3. I don't know why I keep writing this. everyone knows what to do except otis. Lewis would be hard to move because of his contract.

He just scored 24 pts in his latest game. he is a promising big plus we could use that PG. Hedo has more value then Millsap, we could get a better deal then that. I think Millsap would be a great addition to our team, but I wouldn't trade Hedo for him. There were talks a while ago that the Jazz was trying to deal AK47 to us for Hedo, but Otis decline the offer.

  19. quote: Warriors coach Don Nelson responded to Al Harrington's trade request by saying, "If he wants to be traded, we'll try to accommodate him." "[Harrington] thinks he's a superstar," Nelson said. "I think he's a very good player." There is obvious acrimony between player and coach, and we're not sure how this can end in anything but a trade. The Knicks and Pacers are both interested in Harrington, though other teams will undoubtedly make offers. Stay tuned, things are getting interesting. http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/news/story?id=3677648&cam...&source=NBAHeadlines Al Harrington will be the next player traded this season.
