  1. its right up there for both. Clevland must win or its over. they cant afford to lose. Orlando can go one more but they sure as hell dont want to take the chance. i know i dont. id rather get it over tonight to get onto the finals and not chance it. when it comes to 1 game do or die its anybodies at that point. no matter how great a team is on the road or at home, its a game where little mistakes can be made. thats why they just need to get it over with tonite and not f*** wit it. GO MAGIC.

Laker win = More bad news for the Magic

I think it works out better that the laker won if you believe in the theories. Lakers/Cavs is what they all want to see. but if they couldnt get that they would want Cavs/Denver (melo/JAmes) or Lakers/Magic. Only the Lakers or the Cavs have the ability to draw the attention of the casual observer from other parts of the world in the NBA and marketing groups minds. Had it been Magic/Nuggets, that would be a flop by NBA standards as it wouldnt draw the attention Kobie or JAmes would against anybody. Had the Nuggets won last night, the NBA would want to have the Game 7 just for the fact that they wouldnt want to chance a nuggets/magic series. Now that the lakers are in, it takes away some of the pressure and they can allow game 6 to be played little more balanced being at least 1 of the larger markets are going to draw. THere is enough out there that will want to see Kobie and the lakers beat up on anyone. Not that they will, I know the Magic would win but you know the homers out there. Again, Laker/Cavs is the first choice but they could settle with a Lakers/Magic series. But the last thing they would allow is a Magic/Nuggets series

    If playoffs started today . . .

All the Pistons need to do is make the playoffs regardless of how bad they play right now. I would think they'd make a push real soon. No matter what their seed they are a team to watch out for. Perhaps we get the 3 seed it could be moot as they will go up against boston or cleveland in that scenerio and they should get out in the first round. However if we play them, its anybodys at that point. We're a great team but its anybodys series at that point. I'd also think if they played boston or cleveland its anybody's series but those guys for some reason have a better chance against Detroit and we have a better change against them rather than Detroit. Not sure how that works out but for some reason it does. But you know the old saying, you want to be the best you gotta beat the best so we shouldn't hope to skip around anyone and we ust need to bring it when the day comes.

    Here comes the SPIN

uh, so's your face. but the point here is that back then when everyone thought he was dumb he had the teams best interest in mind in the development of the core and we are where we are today because of it. now he has had to make another move and like it or not it was done in the best intentions for the team. we'll be the best and it will be because of this guy. have a nice day folks.

I've always had a thing for Megan. She is hot and has a banging body.
  8. quote: But if you are going to sit here and tell me that HE, CARLOS ARROYO, is the decisive factor on whether we win a game or not, then I think you have several screws loose buddy. I can agree here that Carlos is not the decisive factor. I think he can contribute if he keeps himself in check and doesnt try to preform like an all-star. Jameer can be the decisive factor though, and not in a good way. He can turn the ball over alot and think that he alone can win a game, if he blows on offense and throws silly passes like he did last night he will be THE reason we have a serious hole at that position on the floor. Carlos can get silly too and thats something to watch out for. But if Carlos can contribute it is an upgrade to the detriment Nelson can bring.
  9. Arroyo should play and Nelson should recieve DNP coaches decision for the rest of the season and through out the playoffs. If I have to watch Jameer do one more circus act out there I'm going to puke. Dooling and Arroyo should split the duties. If we play Detroit or someone like that, we should run the ball through Turk, let Dooling, Evans, and Bogans take turns defending Billups and Hamilton and we should be ok. As long as Nelson doesnt play we're good. I used to not get into these conversations and I always liked Jameer but what he does out in the court is just dumb sometimes. Bush League! I was never a fan of Arroyo but he can do limited minutes with Dooling playing the bulk. If we run the ball through Turk, because Dooling isn't that good to run it all game, we should be fine. I even think we can beat Detroit like that. Let Nelson sit and trade him in the off season, thats my vote anyways.
