Thank you kindly for letting us know about the Bass situation. Just for fun. Any guesses who this "new insider" moldy hobo is? He is now saying we will match Gortat. If correct, this boy is in for some major credibility. I'm willing to make a suggestion that he indeed is Otis Smith himself. If so, he is picking up our ideas on this forum -- and benefitting from it! ... i.e the Brian Hill firing, for instance. So... who is Moldy Hobo???

Don't fret. CP3 to Orlando is still in the works. I spoke to my friend yesterday on the phone after the CP3 announcement. Howard wants Chris Paul here. Chris Paul wants to play here. Otis is holding up because of Okafor's large contract. My friend also says that Otis is playing his cards right. Technically, he has until trade deadline to get this done. But CP3 wanting out now is expediting the situation. My friend is also confident that we have the trade assets to do so. We have Gortat as a trade piece, and if it takes losing him and keeping Okafor in the process, some of the Magic brass are OK with that. Be patient. Otis is smarter than you think. They are working on CP3 coming here. Hope so ...

We won game 4 and 5 vs. Boston when Bass got extended minutes. Dunno why SVG stopped playing him in Game 6. Bass is a huge weapon for us! Use him! Also, all this talk on Arenas. I dunno about that one. He will facilitate ball, but the boy is too injury prone! Wait it out a year, and get another young star in his prime next season.

I trust him because he knew before anybody else that Carter was coming here. He has been part of the Amway Arena Board. I don't need Magical's name. I just need to know if the Amway Arena Board is a legit group of people who may be in the know. I know they met about Arenas late May. Can anyone out there verify this. If yes, then at least you can count on my friend John's texts as somewhat legit. My friend doesn't check these forums.

Meanwhile, there are other things being bandied about. I'll just toss the same old names out there: Amare (helped big time by the new GM), Bosh, Boozer, Gay and yes, even LeBron (Wade wasn't mentioned). Don't know specifics, but if Jameer is on the table, that's a pretty good indication how serious he is. Ball Junkie is right on one thing: Otis loves Jameer. But guess what - he loves winning more. Point is, Otis is being SUPER aggressive and will not walk away empty handed. So be patient and ride this thing out. PM message me ...

The people that are in the know are prominent season ticket holders or investors.
