I just had an interesting talk with one of Dwights relatives
E27 replied to three3d's topic in Orlando Magic Forum
And he trusts the direction of a 30 win team (although that 30 win team undoubtedly has talent) over a 50 win team apparently. -
Well my excitement for the Rays was short-lived...

I have accepted the fact Dwight is gone
E27 replied to God Hates Otis Smith's topic in Orlando Magic Forum
Oh here we go... Look, if Dwight leaves, he leaves. That's the business of the game. We'll go into a re-build and that's that. It's not like we haven't seen the Magic suck before and at the end of the day, we have no control over anything that happens. Just sit back and enjoy the lockout. -
I've never been a baseball fan, but I've followed the Rays for a while now. I like the Bucs and Magic, so I figured I'd follow the Rays too. I've never really thought baseball was that exciting, but let me tell you, the last night of the season was amazing. I've got baseball fever now.

The Official "WHAT THE HECK ARE YOU PLAYING!!!?" Thread
E27 replied to Ryan the Magic Fan's topic in Off-Topic
I'll be getting Arkham City, Modern Warfare 3, and Assassin's Creed Revelations. I'll be done for a while after that. Except for the occasional 3DS game if they ever get release dates. -
Once you go black, you go maverick.

Offseason Thread part VI: Return of the Lockout
E27 replied to Fultz4thewin's topic in Orlando Magic Forum
Wow this thread is dead. Oh hey that rhymed. I'm a rapper now. Don't have a cow, just wipe your brow. Cause my raps are hot. Like a pot. On a stove. I'm not talking bout Paula Deen. My raps are just mean. I apologize for that. Slow offseason. -
Dwight not returning-Per rookie Justin Harper
E27 replied to Justin Jaudon's topic in Orlando Magic Forum
Not like you've been planning this or anything, right? -
I'm looking forward to seeing how Tyler Wilson will do in his first year for the Razorbacks. I'm not expecting Heisman numbers from him. Just game management. It really hurts us that Knile Davis is out for the season. That's a huge blow to our run game.

HOOOOO MAN! STAAAAAN VAAAN!

Addition by subtraction.

Cadillac is looking better and better.
-
And now the Saints signed Sproles. Looking like Kareem Huggins and his bum ACL is our 3rd down back now.
-
And assuming Brown and Williams are gone, he'll give some experience to the running game. I like the trade for the Dolphins. Shame the Bucs couldn't get him, but I figured we wouldn't. Why would the Saints trade him inside the division?
-
Well apparently Bush got traded to the Dolphins, so...so much for that. haha.

Whats they best Magic game you have been to, and why ?
E27 replied to three3d's topic in Orlando Magic Forum
Best Magic game I've ever seen in a LOSS was this year's in Oklahoma City. That was such a great game. I was like...the only Magic game in a sea of Oklahoma City fans. haha. Best Magic game I've ever been to in a win and overall was game 3 of the 2001 playoffs against Milwaukee. You know, the only one we won. The one where there was a huge fight. I was only 9 when I went, but I still remember it. It was my first Magic playoff game and the energy in that building was so electric down the stretch. Truly unforgettable. -
Right. I mean Joseph is younger, cheaper, and a Pro Bowl quality talent. I mean I think Nnamdi is a top-2 corner in the league, don't get me wrong. But he also commands top-2 money, which the Bucs won't want to spend on a corner. And it really is a shame about Cadillac. He's a good back, but not someone you give a long-term deal to. Even if it's a cheap deal. I really think Reggie would be a great fit. He fits a third down/pass catching/speed back that the Bucs need, but more importantly, his name sells tickets.
-
I think the Bucs should be really active in trying to get depth in the secondary. Go all in for Asoughma and if that doesn't work, go after Jonathan Joseph from Cincinnati. Also, I would really like us to pick up Reggie Bush/Darren Sproles as a change of pace back to Blount's power running. Regardless, I think we'll have another great year. Hopefully we'll surprise a few people and make the playoffs.

Dwight is going to pull a Wade move during his Free Agency
E27 replied to magicallnighter's topic in Orlando Magic Forum
At an Oklahoma City Thunder game once, someone was trying to get Hedo's autograph (an OKC fan too. No idea why). The man called him Hay-Do. I was pretty much flabbergasted. That takes the case for worst mispronunciation of Hedo's name. That OKC fan was not acting very Hedo. -

Dwight is going to pull a Wade move during his Free Agency

I put this through Google Translate, so I know some of it isn't right. I didn't want to translate this behemoth myself. Il aurait ete trop dificil. -

I know one thing's certain with Dwight... IT ALL DEPENDS ON THE NEW CBA! -
Exactly. Facts can't be blinded by religion. Also, guilty people can't go free on the reasoning that "God will judge them later." That's a bit extreme, I know. And Like you said, super religious people could possibly perform well in that system as long as they keep their reason at the front of their minds.
