Didn't Magical's email say the deal was agreed upon and they were HOPING it was a done deal soon. Agreed upon and done deal are two entirely different things, don't know why everyone is giving Rev a hard time like he said it was already done.

Well you are looking for people in the wrong professional sport then. In order to field a team of guys who go out and play their asses off every night with no complaints it would have to be a team of scrubs and D-leaguers. The NBA is full of a bunch of babies who are only worried about themselves, you are expecting too much out of these guys if you expect that every night for an 82 game season. It won't happen, ever, on any NBA team, this isn't 1960 where they played for pride.

I remember something like he's averaging 22 pts and 14 boards over the last month (I believe thats what Hubie Brown said, so take that with a grain of salt) but how can you say Dwight is the problem and then one of your reasons is that his teammates don't get him the ball. That would seem to me to be a problem with his teammates and not him. Seriously, you made this your first post?

A lot more important in the east than out west...LA will all but wrap it up out west pretty early thanks to the scheduling gods. Anyone else notice they've only played 4 road games so far this year? Isn't it nice that they get a cake schedule to start the year when their 2nd best player was injured. Anyway, you always want home court in the playoffs, I don't care how good of a road team you think you are.

And if you didn't know (well I shouldn't say if, you just made the statement that you didn't) but Barnes didn't come in the Vince Carter trade, he was a signing in addition to that, and one that will pay off greatly in the long run.

How is being predicted to an average of 2.2 a problem...I mean preseason predictions rarely come true and 2.2 probably won't be far off since they will be anywhere between 1 and 3 in the east.
