This game is a must win game for Magic. So you have to stop Cavs and win. The players must be aware of the difference between being "sluggish" and being "cool". They always give the control of the game to the Cavs at the beginning because of the sluggish starts. Team must show the same character they showed "the game 7 character at Boston" for game 6. They should take the control from beginning to the end with the same concentration. * Everybody must shoot with self confidince * Hedo must play well at home like he played on road..he does not have to feel pressure on him..he played harder play-offs at Sacremento and Spurs.. * Rashard must step up * Pietrus should be played much * Hedo-Lee (Alston-AJ-Redick)-Pietrus-Rashard-D12 resembles as better starters..If hedo fails organising the team at home (generally he fails at home, better on road) then alston can touch the ball more..But if the team gets confused then let them play as used to. * Cavs shots fell in very well at game 5. But this cant happen always..Alston cant be always so bad either..He spent his being dreadful right. * If your gonna do foul on LBJ do it as real foul..dont let his basket fouls..stop him at the beginnig of his drives..and get help and double team him quickly..dont wait and watch him so much to see what he will do..show quick defence and get him in panic...dont give him a free zone and free time to play with as he wants..as your controlling LBJ, check the perimeter players for avoiding 3s as well... * Avoid of turnovers and dont force the paint if not necessary and find the free players to let them shoot * if you dont feel yourself ok dont shoot but give pass.. no need to prove anything to anybody just be a team member.. result : * Hedo must be in self confidence at home too * Rashard must step up * Howard has to give the team much energy * Pietrus, Gortat, AJ and Lee should do the same what they do so far..they are really good..Redick and Battie should be ready as well.. * Alston must be in concentration and give the balls value * if the things does not go well, team and svg must preserve theirs calmness and should not be in panic.. Hedo you did really big stuff for the last couple of games and contributed much to being a rebust play off team..thats ok..go on what you do so far..but one thing on you that i dont like is this : when you fell in last second or critic shoots, your body and face language is weird and seems you dont respect the other team..i know many players do the same stuff when they are so happy..but you must be better than them and should not do the same unlikeable motions..do something else pls...and also wait the last buzzer before get crazy...now all you have the responsibility to pass this shock lost soon and get ready for the 3rd round..expecting 4-2 pass ticket...

magic should forget about celtic series and focus on lebron as soon as possible..the mission is not completed yet...magic can win this series if they are agressive, do right transitions, make right decisions on distributing the passes to the right man...no panic..decisive offense and defense...magic has a great oppurtunity..this chance does not come so easly every year...i expect a denver vs magic final...mission is going on...

lets trade hedo as soon as possible and everybody can get rest thier fingers a bit..coz this debate lasts at least for 2 years...when you trade him 1- you should define new offence organisation 2- new defence organisation 3- new game plan and assistant for svg in the game 4- new offence and ball management 5- new howard cross passings 6- new experience during the playoffs etc... when you fill the gap with the right player for the right game plan, everbody can be traded. hedo is not m jordan..as i said before if your pg is nelson forget the finals and any possible championships in the future...this year lakers is the champion.. every decision has its own pros and cons...but my understanding is this : time is up for hedo at magic..he should go back to s. kings..and magic should suffle the cards and start from the beginning again...or you should find a way to bring lebron and wade before the nicks...with ordinary and passive players u would be ordinary team...

solution is easy : dont play with hedo just bench him for 3 games against some good teams and wait for the result..if the team is better without him just trade him or let him away say him good luck and goodbye... i say again with jameer nelson's leading this team cant go anywhere...he is not a w-factor...this team nees a superstar pg first..when u get him trade hedo if you dont get a super pg then you got to keep hedo..coz he is the only leading capable person who makes good defence and good passing around even not good shooting sometimes...if you can trade him against d-williams or c paul, then it ll be fine...just do it..when m pietrus comes back he and lewis can fill many gaps and team can run with a good pg then...the weakest chain is j nelson..trade him first...
