I voted for the p/g position but not necesary to bring another p/g. I think we better try Arroyo, save some money for Darko and see what he can really bring to the table, by february if he can't do a good and consistent job then make a trade with Toronto,miami ect. I know some teams will love to have him for Backup and some teams would try him for the starting spot. Maybe with a 3 team trade also Magics can find out the dreamed point gard they want. As for the s/g position,again why not to give JJ the chance, Why we went for him ? I think he can do the job. And both of them Carlos and JJ like the uptempo game,that a plus !

I think thats a fair trade for one side, but the problem is everybody have seen Jameer wicknesses ( defence and lack of creating shot for teammates )when we faced the Pistons on national t.v. I personally saw Jameer trying to stop Billups or Hamilton, he made the effort but the reality is he's to short to do the job on the defensive side and when his shot is not falling he become useless until he learn the point position as it's supost to be played. On national t.v. and the media some commentators have called Jameer a s/g in a p/g body, then why the cavaliers want to change their 6'8'' s/g for a 5'10 s/g ? It's make no sence for them... but who knows they maybe bite it.

Explain me with facts. wow, actually I don't know where to start too because you looks like you forgot whole this season, Carlos sucked all season long, he gets a lot more chances than anybody in this league deserves, and he still continued to show one bad performance after another till Brian Hill remove him completely out of rotation (it was actually one of only few reasonable decisions of our retarded coach) like i say Diener is different story, he doesn't get a chance, i actually voted for him as our starting PG when there was a poll about who should be our starting PG, but i saw that as a temporary solution (till some other PG wakes up), because probability that he will once become a real NBA starter is very, very low, all odds are against him If you realy know what you talking about please bring Carlos stats from november to mid january and mid february to season end. I know he did stugle 3 weeks (mid jan. to almust mid feb.) and even with his "strugle" his stats are very similar to Jameers.Please I want you to put their stats here.I'll be waiting...waiting... waiting...

Well, I gonna say a little story about Carlos that for some reason many people or don't know it or do not want to accept it in order to keep a fight against every good post about Carlos. Carlos won the starting position in Utah after a very good 2003 season as backup and he was granted with a 16 million/4 year contract.His 1st year as starter he made even better numbers and after season end he played for P.R. national team and everybody know how it was for Carlos.Next season Carlos was playing as expected but he sufferd an injure and when he was ready to comeback Sloan left Carlos on bench as backup and Carlos did lift his voice against Sloan. Somebody filtered the essue to the media and Carlos end at Detroit. Now the questions are: 1. Did Utah realy needed to trade his now backup p/g ? Because their 3rd backup p/g was on the injured list almost all season for knee problems. 2. Was the offence between Sloan and Carlos so bad that he had to be traded ? 3. Why to Detroit the already champions ? In my opinion I got some answers but I'm maybe wrong. Sloan was dead sure Carlos became backup for the Pistons as long as Carlos was a Piston.And second, Carlos was getting a big suport from the media and fans so Sloan was seen at that time as the bad even when nobody knew the real thigh between them and because of that Carlos had to be traded. I know if Carlos was traded to other team other than Detroit Carlos would be a starter yet.Do you know how many stating p/gs in the nba could be backup behind Billups ? Please check out Carlos stats when he played 30 min./game this year even when he had a not so good season (anybody in the team had it). My quetion to you is why do you keep saying Carlos is a backup at best if he did not get the oportunity here ? The only games he played as starter there were 3 injured players in the starting lineup. And as I said before, many players will become backup if Billups is the the same team.

I know it's not funny,but the reality is Hill had all season long to do the littler things (moves) to make the magics better but he has done s#%@#.In any sport you have to make adjustments depending on whom your oponent is even in boxing were you cant make substitutions. The guy cant learn from the past, he cant heard anybody and he is puting the team out of playoffs. Is Hill so clever that he can't or better said he wont listen to anybody ? He is acting like a programed robot, there is no space for error margin on his mind but he is the "coach". So if he can't see, heard,pay attention to whats going on with the team,can't make moves because he already have made "his" rotations before the season started, then he got no brain. You know what ? No human been stop learning even when they are over hundred years old. So when he proves me he can adjust to different situations and accept thousand minds know more than him then I''ll stop calling him Brain Less Hill.
