No one in these boards think that all the problems are the coach's fault....But he is the main problem. Any other coach would change the game plan at least a little to try and get the guys going again. The only change he has made, significant anyways, is benching Arroyo for Dooling. Tell me something, has that really made a change in the team? One or two games maybe right after it happened. Bogans was doing a great job for us. Remember when we(YOU) use to talk about how GHill in the lineup wasn't working, but with Bogans we were 6-0 or something like that. All of a sudden he is out. Maybe Bogans called coach the little Napoleon he is....and Napoleon got pissed....Who knows.... How about the poor rotation moves, Darko off the bench, JJ not playing, etc etc. Yes we had injuries and had to ecpect to lose those games, or some anyhow. But we have been back together for weeks, and the result has been the same. A great coach would know what to say and do to inspire the players to do better. Run longer practices to correct problems. Do something. Sure we don't know everything that goes behind the scene, but normally you can see changes in a team as the season progresses. In our case, we have been playing the same since day one. Making the same basic mistakes over and over and over again, and it just seems like the coach doesn't do anything about it. But maybe you are right, he has tried, but the players aren't responding to the coach.....What do we do....Trade all 15 players, or Get rid of the coach...... I would bet my house right now to say Phil Jackson WOULD have this team over .500 right now. Of course you keep paying the mortgage.....lol....

Ebay is a great source to get cheaper merchandise. You can probably find one there for a good price. Or you could trust some of the long time members here and send them the money and they could send it to you in Austria. I would be careful with who you use, and most people might not even want to do it, because of the liability. have you tried the Magic shop on this site? Agree with MRCharisma. Not intendeed to offend the Celts but it did just that. It wasn't right, but that doesn't mean the team could have stopped them before losing the 20pt lead.

Welcome to the forums.... Yes most us us agree, you being new maybe you have not seen or read the older posts. We have covered this many times, that is why some people are tired of listening to the same stuff over and over again. With that said, we pretty much all agree there should be a coaching change soon in order to use the talent we have to its full potential.

Then there's the stuff that is not on the stat sheet, defense, deflections, etc. I am not saying Dooling is the answer, but if your backup outplays, or matches your play, then something is wrong. I am also not blaming the loss on Nelson entirely. Dwight was bad, Darko was nervous, coach sucks, but they had the chance to in last night and in the end He was the one that made the bad decisions.

Meer gets pushed around by almost every guard in the league, he is not the Best defensive PG. Dooling is hands down..... But I was upset with Jameer and the last few plays. YES he did score 7-10 pts in a few minutes. I will give him that all night. I was happy that he finally got some shots in. BUT, and here is the big BUT, of why I am having problems with him as the PG....He is not the STAR of the team, yet he keeps trying. A great PG will recognize the open guy and pass it to him. Like I have said before, even Michael Jordan had a Steve Kerr or a John Paxson that he would pass the ball to. Not all the time, but when it counted. Having Dwight WIDE open under the basket with your team down by 2 or tied, TWICE and opting to shoot covered is just STUPID.... He did play a good game IN THE LAST 8 Minutes, but it was horrible before that. Except for Grant Hill that looked amazing, and looked like the only one that REALLY REALLY wanted the win, and wants the playoffs.... Now onto the positives.....even though it was a slow start, and we had to play from behind, we hanged with Detroit pretty good in the second half. I think it can be a good series IF we get to the playoffs.

si pero NJ Miami y Washington tambien estan compitiendo por mejor puesto y esos son 3 de sus proximos oponentes. Tambien ellos han estado perdiendo los juegos, bueno sus ultimas semanas, han sido terribles. Orlando solo tiene a Detroit y Miami proximos que son dificiles. Los otros los deben ganar. Pero claro todos sabemos que estos son los Magics, y que nunca se puede pensar asi. Miami va ha ser el ultimo juego de la temporada, ya para ese dia se debe saber si entramos o no, asi que el juego mas importante es esta noche en Detroit. English........ Indi has a tougher schedule. We only have 2 bad games, one is the last of the season(miami), by then we should know if we are in or out.

I don't think he is good enough or proven enough to fix the team. I don't think it would happen. I agree with some of his comments, but he just doesn't seem like the right fit.
