Jameer would have to score 4207 points to beat out Dwight for the all time points leader. To do that he would have to average a little over 17 points a game if he played 82 games a season for the Orlando Magic over 3 more full seasons. I'm probably the biggest Meer fanboy out there, but I don't know if he can pull that off. Assuming he instead plays around his average which is 70 games a year (and thats not counting him getting older) and the 18 games left in this season, and that his point production will drop and hover around 14 ppg (assuming no drop off), it will take him a little over 4 seasons to hit that. I just dont see Jameer being here, as a starter, keeping those consistent numbers over 4 years. Not saying I don't want him to break it. I want him to shatter it. Average 22 over the next 2-3 years playing all 82 games and smack Dwights sorry record off the face of our books. Yep, future is bright for that young man at only 19. He could really be a stud if he takes this offseason to work on his strength and size. Add some weight and work on his dribbling ability.

Well lets all not get to excited about Harris yet, but I have to say he definitely has some talent. I wonder though what he is more suited to play as though? He's not fast enough to be a 2 so that's out. He does however have far better handles then I expected and a big time willingness to attack the basket. Plus his size and strength can make him a beast to handle in the post. It certainly does make things very interesting thats for sure. The new players added in are going to make these last 30 games into a position battle. C- Vucevic pretty much has the C spot on lock down and O'Quinn is the primary backup. PF- Nicholson is still a solid offensive player but provides nothing on the defensive end. Harris (going off only one night of course) seems to have better instincts at shot blocking and rebounding. SF- Harkless seems to get better every night. He doesn't have a lick of skill but he does have hustle, talent and size. Harris has a more polished offensive game and he seems like much more of a natural '3' then he is a '4'. PG/SG- With JJ out and Udrih/Lamb in the guard spots becomes the most fun position to watch. Moore is clearly no PG and is at the most a backup SG for a little spark every once in a while. Lamb has talent and I would love to see Vaughn give him a real long look see. Udrih is a very solid backup PG, has been his whole career and we all know Jameer is not the future. How those two position shake out over the next 2 months may very well be what decides who Hennigan drafts.

And then he comes back here... What I can dream right?

The team is already a bottom feeder that will be getting a top 3 pick guaranteed. "Worsen" is a relative term. None of those players you just mentioned are in the future plans for the Magic. I would much rather the Magic ship those guys off to have better chances at building a better future.

I would be happy with Wroten and maybe some more filler. He was one of my biggest wants out of the draft. His numbers are weak but that probably is due to him getting nothing for play time.

I also think Houston or Dallas. Unless LA goes on a miracle run.

Be a tough call but I have to say the Magic would win big. Ish smith would run circles around Boyton. Harkless would embarrass Wilbekin, and there is no way Murphy could contain either McRoberts or Nicholson. Vucevic vs Young would be a tie, and so would Rosario vs Moore.

Nah. Lakers Bench is far worse. Not counting the idiocy that is Gasol being on the bench right now (which will last a week at most) the Lakers 2nd 5 consists of: PG- Steve Blake SG- Jodie Meeks SF- Devan Ebanks PF- Earl Clark C- Robert Sacre I will take Moore, Jones, Harkless, Nicholson, and Ayon over that crew every day of the week and twice on sunday.

The only way Pason's ever ends up in a Magic uniform is if Hennigan has compromising pictures of the Rockets GM.

He clearly nailed it with Vucevic, Afflalo, and Moore. Harrington is a good expiring contract to have. He also clearly made a good choice in Nicholson as well. Not taking on Bynum in the trade was a stoke of genius. Dumping QRich, JRich, and Duhon was good as well. Some haven't liked the Ryan Anderson move but I'm for it. Baby is a better defensive player and still a solid offensive option as well, and although we only got Ayon, that's better then the nothing we would have got if they let him walk. So far I've liked all his moves. But not getting an unprotected pick out of a franchise altering top 5 player trade is ridiculous.
