Despite you all hating me I am going to share what I've heard lately anyway. The Felton talks were still very much alive up until now when he signed with the Knicks. Otis was thinking of using the TPE on him because... ...Nelson has been in talks to be going to Indiana for Danny Granger. Bird drafted George to replace him and want to be able to get a star Pg before the season starts. Otis hasn't decided whether or not to take back TJ Ford and run with Duhon/Ford and get Granger or not. Felton signing with the Knicks may have ruined this deal. Iv'e also heard the Wolves are interested in sending us Corey Brewer and Al Jefferson but want alot in return like Pietrus, Gortat, and Ryan. Ronnie Brewer is on the radar but Otis is trying to convince him to take a small deal now and prove himself for a big contract. Harrington is still a possibiliy via S&T for Gortat but Otis wants to give them Bass. CP3 talks are dead and were barely alive to begin with. Otis inquired, Hornets said no. Otis was mad Gooden was signed to such a big contract. Has hopes Gooden would sign with us for cheap. There have been no talks about Iguodola but Otis does like him. Rockets and Mavs don't want Gortat anymore. Clippers are said to be interested in him as well as the Warriors. Don't know what Otis would want realistically from either of those teams. This info is true I know you guys like to think I'm full of crap but deal with it I know people so take it for what it's worth. I know my track record is bad but I get the info and I pass it.

I like Harangody, the plays every game like it's his last. I think he could be a good backup PF in the NBA. He reminds me of Jon Brockman, who the Kings drafted in the 2nd round last year. It's between him and Drew Gooden. Another name that has come up is Tyrus Thomas. Word is he'd be willing to accept part of the MLE with a promise of a bigger contract.

Just got word that the Magic did inquire, however the asking price for Butler right now is lottery picks and younger players. HOWEVER, the Magic are looking into acquiring a legitimate starting small forward. Some names that I hear that have been talked about are Danny Granger, Ronnie Brewer, and Tyrus Thomas.

Butler to Orlando by the end of the week for Bass, Gortat, and a future 1st. Magic are then going to pick up Mikki Moore until Foyle is 100%. You heard it here first.

This has about a 70% chance of happening. Apparently the Magic are offering Anthony Johnson and a 2nd round pick. The Knicks don't want to take back any long term salary like Gortat and Bass, and the Magic are reluctant to give away J.J. Redick without getting a future 1st or 2nd round pick back with Nate. If he gets bought out though, Nate coming to Orlando is as good as done.

Will hear more around the 15th. Cunningham or Howard would be our backup "Big" if they come along. this is about 70% happening/.

The official trade thus far... Blake/1st round pick for Gortat/AJ There are talks of either Juwan Howard or Dante Cunningham being included as well. We'd have to throw in a 2nd round pick.

Yeah, its me again. Before you bash me, keep in mind the Felton talks were real despite what others said. Anyhow...I got a fresh one for you. With Greg Oden going down, the Blazers are looking for a center to go into the future with. Pryzbilla is a bandaid right now, and they are looking to trade for Gortat hopefully by the end of the month. The Magic are looking for a return of either Steve Blake, Travis Outlaw, or a young prospect like Patty Mills and a 1st round pick to go along with any of those guys. My source tells me you will start hearing about this on the rumor mill soon enough. Nobody out there in free agency is worth the Blazers time, and with Oden's frequent injuries, they are looking to get somebody to be with the team for a long time. I'll update this when I hear more.
