In current situation and in my opinion, Toronto seems the team that can throw the most money, around 10mil/year. quote: Originally posted by Drunk on Mystery:I just looked up what a Domalan is, and I'm not sure why I'm supposed to be insulted by being described as an incredibly rare, hard to find delicacy that only grows in select parts of the world and is considered extremely valuable. Agreed. He could have been a true all-star if he got rid of these motivational and mental issues. A good example of this is 7th Boston playoff game.

We can't know that for sure. You need to be a dm working for all teams to know that. For me, I want to see him in a championship caliber team, that is all. Whether it is 8, 9 or 10 mil/year. I don't really care. -

Why not? Do you know what the list was based on? Anyway, I have decided not to keep it. There wouldn't be enough space in my signature box after some time, If I'd. -

DOM already blown out, you are looking from reverse angle. Its not hands down , its your handstand. It really sounds like you are admitting defeat. Otherwise why try and change the subject that we have been talking about. IMO Drunk on Mystery answered everything you posted and did it well. Countering everything you posted with even more logical information that rings true. So with your changing of the subject in your strange way you have just agreed that you were wrong and Drunk on Mystery correct. Wouldn't it have been better to come right out and state this instead of trying to change the subject. I have never changed the subject so far but i will now: PEC, are you blondie? Not a blond and I will take my 3.87 gpa (college) over anything you can offer which doesn't sound like much. My guess you are the blond. Seriously? What's next, comparing SAT scores? No need do I don't want you embarrassed anymore then you already have been by myself and others. You think very highly of yourself, it seems. I have yet to understand why. Me, too. It is highly unlikely that a smart guy would be this much egocentric. -
Get rid of Rafer and/or Jameer and play Lithuanian type basketball

To get a championship or more than one, I think Magic needs to play Lithuanian basketball, fast break play whenever suitable and during the set play, move the ball around like crazy (Dwight included) and find the open man, then shoot or penetrate etc. Defensively, Dwight should get more help form the others. What to do: -get rid of egocentric (not coachable) street ball type players like Jameer and Rafer. -teach Dwight to pass the ball outside more often when he is guarded heavily. Combine individual skills and athletism (NBA) with real unselfish team effort and systematical plays(Europe). Then you will become nearly unbeatable. -

I thought we were talking about the 4,5,6 example. Why did you bring decimal numbers into stage? In that case of course I or nobody would or should try to find a LCD. But for the problem mentioned here, without a calculator, this should be the easiest (but I admit that there is no big differences in difficulty level way for any person to solve THIS problem: (15+10-12)/60=1/x x=60/13 (You only do one division where outcome is a decimal number) With calculator, it doesn't matter much but I'd also prefer (15+10-12)/60=1/x and x=60/13 over all these: you'd write the equation as (4*6)/(4+6) or 24/10 which is 2.4. You can then plug that into the original equation, so that you have only 1 combined additive value rather than 2 individual ones, giving you: 1/2.4 - 1/5 = 1/x which becomes .417 - .2 = 1/x so 1/x = .217 or x = 1/.217 or x = 4.61 hours Also this below equation is more meaningful than the multiplied and added one (a*B)/(a+B) because it also shows the reasoning: the relationship bw amount and time more clearly; which is the most important thing for a learner. 1/a + 1/b = 1/x What I want to say is, sorry but I find your first message written in order to "oppose" for the sake of opposing (involving ego and/or illogicality). You tried to cover for it in your second one but not good enough. Ex: is correct BUT I've always found that it's MUCH easier And this is last message I wrote into this discussion by the way. It's starting to get ridiculous. -

I shouldn't have judged you so easily DOM ALAN, sorry for that. But you know your reputation as a Hedo hater... Anyway, to cover for this, I'll write the equation for you to solve this pool problem: 1/4 + 1/6 - 1/5 = 1/x ebenezer's equation is correct, but I've always found that, at least when all properties are additive, it's much easier to solve the equation as (a*B)/(a+B), or in a case like the one above, solve the additive portion separately from the remaining question. In other words, to figure out how quickly the 2 inlet pipes would fill it if the outlet pipe were closed, you'd write the equation as (4*6)/(4+6) or 24/10 which is 2.4. You can then plug that into the original equation, so that you have only 1 combined additive value rather than 2 individual ones, giving you: 1/2.4 - 1/5 = 1/x which becomes .417 - .2 = 1/x so 1/x = .217 or x = 1/.217 or x = 4.61 hours, or 4 hours, 36 minutes, 36 seconds. Obviously, there was a good deal of rounding off in those numbers. And regarding my being a "Hedo Hater" or having that reputation, or whatever, I'll repeat what I said earlier today: confirmation bias is a funny thing. Hmm, very interesting...It is much easier? I think it is the same thing but whatever you say. Basic "primary school" math: (15+10-12)/60=1/x x=60/13 Probably it has something to do with you ego but I don't want to carve. -

I thought you never spoke for others..wink.. I don't think it counts as speaking for others if you're referencing something that actually was said. In my case, I was referring to Barry's long tangent at halftime last night about how Hedo was more important than Dwight was. I wouldn't said Hedo is more important than Dwight, but he's close. Did you see how stagnated the offense was after Turk pick up his fourth foul? Yes, I did. I also saw how we had 5 points in the 4:49 of the 3rd before he went out with that foul. We actually scored more efficiently in the quarter AFTER Hedo went to the bench. It was just comparing sucking to REALLY sucking. Are you kidding me? Watch the games man, Shard gets almost all of his looks off of Turk, Dwight gets most of his looks off of Turk. The whole offense runs through Turk and he is the reason they are this far in the playoffs. Just ignore DOM the "DOMALAN" Hedo-hater. He is living in an alternative reality. -
I don't think it was intentional and it looks more like Jameer was waiting for it to get hit.

Well, at home games, I agree that it is equally bad both ways. But when in Staples center, it is very one sided. That's way Orlando doesn't have a good chance to win this series. Because even without refs' help, Lakers is a tough team to beat. With refs, it gets nearly impossible. This article nearly tells it all: http://sports.espn.go.com/espn.../090608&sportCat=nba -

Run offense through Hedo and let MP/Lee guard Kobe. I agree that Hedo isn't a good defender. Kobe can kill him with his quickness and agility. Also I don't want Hedo to get tired or have foul trouble early. For stopping Lakers' bigs, Gortat and Howard should play together more. Really, you would go with AJ over Jameer Nelson? Really, would you go with Tyrone Lue over Steve Nash as well. Are you kidding me - go around and ask anyone who knows anything about basketball and tell them to be honest with you and hold nothing back - they may tell you that you are the greatest moron when it comes to basketball ever alive. Do you also think Battie should start in front of Howard? He made 1000% of his shots in game 2 - sounds good to me. Wow, Kberto - help me out here the stupidity is beyond belief. Can we ask to have someone kicked out for being just too dumb? If you don -
