Well, since the 2012 Orlando Magic Regular Season Thread got a taste of Icelandic off-topic, I thought about starting a new thread for people outside the US to get some international spice into the message board stew. Post something about your country, to show others where you're from and get a glimpse of your culture, people and just whatever. I'll start with these two songs that just popped into my skull... My personal fav memory is the Bucks game at the end of the season. Yes we beat the Lakers and yes it was awesome. But the Bucks game was just phenomenal. Vucci and Tobes going bananas and that epic 3P bucket and kneel by Tobes to go along with the taunting dunk at the end... just awesome. To top all of that it was so sweet to see the return of JJ. Man that was a warm welcome, unlike what Dwight got. Yes, I was at the Bucks game. I was also at the Bulls and Celtics games to end the season. I got a mad stare from KG, which was also very high on my 12-13 memory list haha

I'll be going to the final three home games of the season. Bucks, Celts and Bulls... If anyone wants to say hi, I'll be there somewhere in the crowd

On RealGM there was one chant suggested that was pretty hard-hitting. Slowly chant "LOY-AL-TY". My suggestions... WEEE I'm enjoying this season, bros! Those young guys are exciting to watch and seeing them develop is fun. It's also so good to have a real sense of faith in management... and how about that giggling feeling of being on the favorable side of trades all of a sudden instead of feeling butthurt over every single trade, signing or just whatever the FO burped out? Plus, as a Redick fan, I didn't expect to be this blown away by anyone in the MIL group we got... but Tobes is making me a T12 fan game by game. T12 shirt/jersey coming up!

I'm excited for tonight. Can't wait to see our new guys. I'm a weirdo, I for some reason enjoy rebuilding processes (after the initial blow and sadness period). I'm anxious to see Harris play, to be honest. He could be a steal.

I'll miss JJ. Been a fan of his for many, many years... but I've long come to terms that he needed to go as a result of this rebuilding process. We just need to get rid of Hedo now. Jameer will be here for a year or two more, then traded as an expiring I guess. But JJ I'll miss. I don't miss Dwight. I don't miss Ryan. I'll miss JJ. One of my all-time fav Magic players. But like I said, we're in a rebuilding phase and I accept that. That said, I trust Mr. Rob Hennigan and his posse.

I had this odd but very realistic dream, that Dwight was pouting and having a bad day, then suddenly announces that his shoulder is more FUBAR than initially was believed, needs surgery and has "requested" to be put on the injured list for the remainder of the season. It was Sunday, early morning.

Now he's out "indefinately" with a torn labrum in his shoulder (which is bad, real bad - Jameer had the same, although he dislocated his shoulder too) and those Lakers fans are saying they're sick of him, hate him, all his fault, soft, weakminded, quitting on this team and whatnot. Best of all, because how this season has unfolded for them after automatically winning the championship on August 10th, many now feel they're "so unlucky". Err... Yeah. The Lakers are "unlucky". Right. Ermm... No. What most other teams and fanbases have to go through just finally hit them.

I love Boozer. Such a fake tough guy. All screams and tough facial expressions, but plays like a girlyman.

Good to hear we didn't disappoint :D Yes our new years eve is quite litterally insane.. You see little kids and old people running around with fireworks and these giant boxes that make stuff go BOOM and nobody goes "Is that even safe?". Ok yes, we have certain safety measures like safety goggles but most important is MAKE STUFF GO BOOM! :D We're nuts.
