I think we can all agree that Dwight and his crew of suits has pretty much F-d this up pretty badly. His image is WAY low, rock bottom if you will and this will be a dark stain on his career from here on. In 30 years when people look back and think of Dwight Howard, people will think "Yeah but man did he mess it up big time back in the days, he really handled it like a douche". This has taken so much time, so much drama, so much "what, what, if, how, HUH?!" that fans of every other team has had more the enough. They are fed up with it. So fed up with it that they don't even want Dwight on their teams, some of them. I think the only way Dwight can fix this, is by coming out, apologize and say he'll finish the upcoming season and even give us a chance in his free agency, to consider the Magic as a place for his future. Of course I see it that way as a Magic fan, but I honestly think that's the only way to fix it for him.

Come on man. Dwight isn't wishing injuries or harm on anyone. He might be a bonehead who's holding a franchise hostage at the moment, but he isn't wishing for someone to get hurt and maybe ruin his or her career. It's one thing to wish a player never wins a ring, but injury? I'm just as disappointed and frustrated as anyone over this whole circus, but lets not get carried away.

You really wish someone would get injured? That shows quite a bit of low character, to be honest.

People, stop bashing YBR. If you have some issues with Dwight, don't let it rain on YBR even though he's in contact with him. YBR just shares with us what Dwight says. YBR has as much of a right to post here as the rest of us (except Curran, maybe)

Don't get me wrong, I want a Rox trade where we get cap relief, youth and picks... I think Rob is pushing Houston further with this Lakers talk, but it bothers me a bit to see Dwight pictured with a Lakers hat. Why whould he wear that unless he knew he was going there? He has been eerily quiet through all this Houston talk..

True. But you have to also consider he might have been annoyed for not being used "more properly", most often a third or fourth option behind Kobe, Pau and even MWP. Fifth even, if you add Derek Fisher jacking up shots. When he got going and was fed the ball, good things happened, it seemed more that way this past season. Maybe he'll be a more of a supercharged V8 here when given the green light on "being the man" instead of a lazy V6 with worn spark plugs as in LA? I am more worried about his knees than his motor, to be honest. Just hope our medical staff can keep them oiled up and clean... if this happens.

I'm with Jareth here, I don't need all the Houston roster to be satisfied. If we get a near/full reset on our big/bad contracts, then mission accomplished. I also share the same fear, don't even want to think about it or talk too much about it, in fear of jinxing it haha :panicworker:
