its time we all took this one on the chin...if you cant make foul shots and turn the ball over you will NOT win close games. We beat ourselves in games 2 and 4. That call didnt help but at this point we are our own worst enemy

I think any who cant appreciate/be happy with the progress made this season has issues. It looks like everything we've done has been a step in the right direction. Detroit with their teamwork and rock solid play are a result of many seasons working together. Its gonna take some time to bring that kind of discipline to a group of guys with 2-3 years together at most. I think Stan can make us a much more solid club defensively and cut down the turnovers, he just needs more time.

bottom line is they arent gonna know if he can go until he tries to get out there and run around on it. the downside to it if Billups is out is that the series is basically going to have an asterisk next to it should we pull it off, no one will give us any credit for it.

parading through the lane holding the ball over his head with one hand and getting it swatted probably doesnt do much to put you back in the coaches favor...especially when Nelson and Dooling are playing so well

great game today, was really glad to see us come out swinging. For some reason it seems like we dont shoot well in front of our bench in the second half, we had some great looks that just didnt drop. We let them get back in it but we fought back and took control again, which showed some pretty good character IMHO. Maybe now theyll understand they cant let up at all, not ever, in a playoff game. I think well be just fine if we can bring the same defense Tuesday night.

I was biting my lip the last 2minutes, seems like Detroit is the team that can always pull it off at the last second, but not tonight. I'm all for it, even if Philly cant pull off the upset, wear em down a bit!
