Is close to 5millions. Arroyo signs for Maccabi Tel-Aviv Yeah it's the equivalant of a 5m contract in the NBA, which is a very very good deal for him. Can see why he's going to Israel for a year for that money. AND plus the 5M are TAX FREE and he still can opt out and return to the NBAThis is a sweet deal for Arroyo,he will be making more money and Starting,Im happy for him ,he did a decent jon for the magic. -

If he's offered more money elsewhere, he'll take it. i hope its not..hope that keyon will wear magic jersey..he's a brilliant coming from the bench..he pump up the whole team w/ his hustle plays and defense.. Me to,I like Dooling's energy off the bench but he lacks PG playmaking abilities -

4 million is too much for a back up PG,but is true he brings good defense to the table -
sure is posible I mean anything is posible, but dont compare Ariza with Hedo,Ariza didnt acomplished 20% of what Hedo did this year

quote: Originally posted by Nyce_1:yeah...hedo is NOT going anywhere just like ARIZA was NOT going anywhere. The only untouchable player on this team is Dwight. Anyone else is fair game. As long as we have the PG we have ,we need Hedo to be our playmaker

I love how some come on here and say they they heard some inside info and yet don't tell us where their info comes from. Until someone comes on here and gives us that info I take all this with a grain of salt... Actually I did, but I also said someone would complain and congrats you are that guy. I'm not going to give out my friend's name, but go ahead and look at my prior posts on inside stuff for a my track record. Not saying we get Mayo..I am saying the Magic really really want him. Nothing personal ,but it took me 2 minutes to find one of your post that doesnt make your info trustworthy! Posted March 15, 2007 06:12 PM Hide Post Great..another Fire Brian Hill guy..IT'S NOT GONNA HAPPEN!!! wow...people are so thickheaded, and love to harp on the same thing over and over. Hill is here until at least midseason next year, and if we make playoffs and improve, he will go nowhere. Posts: 333 | Registered: January 17, 2007

it does not matter what team the guy roots for,he sure is a Magic hater! -
With Ron Artest in the line up we would have not lost to Detroit. He might be a good tutor for Howard,I mean making him less soft.ooops!

Hedo is not going anywhere

One thing is for sure, Hedo is going to want a raise after next year and I don't think the Magic can give it to him. Hedo for who?

This also got even more possible than before after last night.. if Chicago takes Beasley then Miami would have to take Derrick Rose, which means no chance in hell would Miami bring back J-Will. I'm not saying Jason Williams would be the answer to all our PG problems. I'm saying he'd be a major step up. Skywise, you just threw yourself of the pedestal I had you in.LOLWhere is your objectivity? Jason was a top notch PG about 5-8 yrs ago but now is an injured wreck of what he was. You better stop going back to the future, man. Statistics dont lie,I say Carlos played better than Jason, because Jason played 8 more minutes per game he should have a lot better numbers than Arroyo and it doesnt show,I think signing Jason will not improve our PG situation at all. Carlos Arroyo 2007-08 Statistics PPG 6.9 RPG 1.8 APG 3.5 SPG 0.4 BPG 0.0 FG% 0.451 FT% 0.853 3P% 0.345 MPG 20.5 Jason Williams 2007-08 Statistics PPG 8.8 RPG 1.9 APG 4.6 SPG 1.2 BPG 0.1 FG% 0.384 FT% 0.863 3P% 0.353 MPG 28.1 I say lets get a real PG like Calderon and let Jameer back up with Dooling also playing the 2 -
Can someone explain when does Arroyo and Reddick will become free agents? I keep hearing they will get traded can they?

God bless you and hope they bring you back soon -
No way!! he might not be the PG but he sure is our playmaker

Kryptonite! Players play different in the playoffs some shot more (Lewis ,Jameer) that is going to reduce the points Howard is going to score plus the great defense Detroit played, they could not feed Howard inside

Regular Season & Playoffs why play it different?
chevylover replied to chevylover's topic in Orlando Magic Forum
quote: Originally posted by Marc Acres 3:16:You answered your own question, Carlos play's similar to Jameer. As far a Foyle goes, Warlock gave us the same thing he did with better mobility. I highly doubt that Cook would have had any impact on these games, we needed rebounding, lower turnovers, and to get to the rim and make our free throws. Cook does none of those things other than he can make his free throws. What I mean is we might have lost some timing playing different rotations .I went to a few home games and I really liked the Jameer -Arroyo combination at the point and also Dooling playing the 2. -
Ok, we won 52 games played pretty decent basketball, why change and benched players that where important part of the team in the regular season (Arroyo and Foyle).Haters please keep it clean, but if Jameer is playing great why dont you play Carlos wo has a similar game instead of Dooling,I mean why change the pace of the game?We all know he aint gonna be here next year.Missed Cook ,things would have been different with Cook in the lineup. The games we lost were close games,And Jameer played better in the playoffs than in the regular season but all of the sudden we didnt have an inside game.Howard was not Howard and that plus the turnovers killed us! See ya next Season!

who should be released and who should be achieved for the next season?
chevylover replied to bro's topic in Orlando Magic Forum
lets forget about Arroyo,he was barely used in this playoffs,he is not coming back, also gone will be Garrity and Augustine and maybe Foyle -
NBA Refs again prove they are the worst ever - worse than any sport by far - 3rd qtr.
chevylover replied to Knappy's topic in Orlando Magic Forum
with 5.1 on the clock and it took 6 secs to shoot ,that is a bad call -
Will SVG make changes for game 2 or we will see the same result? Is this a repeat of last year Brian Hill style of sticking with the loosing rotation?

Jameer outperformed TJ and Calder

Carlos is the worst defending PG we have. I dont agree with you,Carlos improved his defense this year,I say he is a little better at defending than Jameer, but Dooling is a lot better defender than both Carlos and Jameer -
Adjustments or Dejavu all over again

Did I see Gortat playing? sure you can make changes is just a matter of doing it.We should start Dooling and then play Jameer And Arroyo
