    Our revamped and expensive FO got played by contract year Vuc. This is an emotional decision because of the fan support they saw during the playoff hunt, and playoff games. Nearly everything had to go right for us to make the playoffs. 

    I'm not happy about this offer. However, if Ross and Birch aren't back either....man, idk. Big fail.

    And Mo....gotta trade him. 

    11 years of Vuc. Guy is like a cockroach.

    @KeithSmithNBA: With Nikola Vucevic seemingly in the fold, look for the Magic to turn to keeping Terrence Ross in Orlando as well per sources. The Magic will also be aggressive pursuing help with the MLE. Orlando intends to stay a playoff team after this past year's appearance.

    I'm pretty sure if they knew Vuc would be an all-star, they would've gone a different route. **** happens. And reading through some tea leaves, bamba was more of a project than they anticipated (that why you should work guys out). 

    They better hope Fultz gets back on track.

    If we sign Vuc and trade Bamba, I’ll consider this confirmation my insider was correct and the Magic are jumping ship on the potential of Bamba. 

    Still holding out hope, but if true, I can’t imagine any other reason.

    The problem with the signing isn't the money, the length, or even the player.  Its the fit of the player with what we think we are trying to develop.  I'm ready for rock solid defense and an opportunistic offense.

    Alex Martins is one of Stein's sources for all things Orlando. This could be from Vuc's agent, but Stein uses Martins for intel.
