Why is J-Will always the only one passing to Gortat? I have seldom seen a Nelson or JJ assist to Gortat, but plenty from J-Will (or A.Johnson last year).

Very late post, sorry I was one of the number 1 Gortat fans. This story is just silly. In all video interviews Gortat appears as a relaxed smart guy. After the loss to Turkey in Eurobasket, he stated that the Turkish center should be making 5 milion, not him. And yet in the newspapers he manages to make stupid remarks every time. This one is the third time (SvG - Panic Gate, Dallas failed move (I can understand this one that he was pissed) and now this. ***: He is tired but wants to play more? His stats are horrible this year. Marcin either your statements are wrong or I will have to change my nickname. Get a grip, bro! We want to see the Gortat we saw in the play-offs.

Ofcourse, when Lewis and Anderson are back, the Twin Towers is no longer the option, but I am talking about the next 2-3 games.

Against the Bobcats Van Gundy tried The Twin Towers strategy again, with Gortat and Howard together. This time it worked much better than against OKC. With them in the line-up our defense got much stronger, making Tyson Chandler and Nazr Mohammed pick up some quick fouls. Gortat had also 4 blocks, twince on D.J. Augustina and one on Chandler. His freethrows are also much better than last year. He had 3 nice offensive boards (5 total rebounds) and 2 steals. I still don't like his shooting though. Sometimes he totally air balls a hook shot, he really has to improve on that to become an effective shooter. Right now he is mostly just setting screens in the attack and getting some easy lay-ups and dunks, or the points he picks from an offensive rebound. His jumpshot from midrange is still ok for a center. So should Van Gundy try the The Twin Towers when we get sloppy on defense, to toughen us up? Because of Gortat's low point average we won't get much points, but because of the defense and blocks our opponents won't get much points either.

Davka is ok, sometimes they have the game within minutes after the finish. However the speed is quite bad, usually I download with 100kb/s and upload with 200kb/s. Probably the Russians are still using dial-up.
