If the cavs get Amare we are in trouble. Real talk.

They will gel, You think ferry will make this deal without talking to Shaq and Lebron about it? Ferry will ask Shaq if they will have problems co-existing.

That's almost like another lebron against us. Mind you this deal is near to done. Amare for hickson and big z. With Amare, Shaq's minutes will probably be cut a lot more because they cannot co-exist. Having Amare allows the cavs to go small to match up better with the Magic... Amare on Howard and Lebron on Lewis, or Varejao on Howard, Amare on Shard. Ferry recognizes that the Magic simply ran out of gas on Thursday and there will be a mismatch problem again in the playoffs. That's why he is trying hard for this trade. It's a smart move and makes the possible Magic/Cavs playoff series go 7 games. Again, you guys didn't run out of gas, we're just the better team. You all are delusional

ok, so if you guys win the chip, Dwight would have needed, Carter, Lewis, Nelson, but you guys winnin the chip will most likely never happen, so don't get excited

    Dwight breaks world record!

    That was sick.

  6. Ok even if he did make that 3, we still would have won. So its irrelevant.

I doubt this trade will get done, I don't think Ferry will get it done. If we did, the suns would buyout Z. I'm not sure if I want this trade either, we are flowing real nice as of late.
  8. maybe because Lebron was closing in on him. It's amazing that none of you guys can give any other team credit. It's like you guys think you guys are the only good team out there. Stop being homers.
  9. quote: Originally posted by GhostAnime:then you admit that you still can't stop our offense? I admit that you guys have a good offense, especially with Reddick and Williams, but we can stop your offense and I believe we did stop your offense as we opened up our lead at the end of the game. Last year, yes we couldn't stop your offense, but this year we do a better job.
  10. Ya, I did watch the game, I wathed a close game throughout till last 5 minutes, and all I see on these boards are excuses why you guys lost. The last game you used the excuse of not having Lewis and Ryan Anderson, you guys had both of them. You use the excuse of having back to back games, well we didn't have Mo and it was Delonte's first game back with only one day of practice.
  11. quote: Originally posted by GhostAnime:how did he stop dwight then, specifically? Playin good defense, getting him into foul trouble in both games. Did you watch the game dude.

Bottom line, do you think that the Cavs are better than us or not.....its a simple question. I wasn't asking for fact but your opinion. Those aren't upsets. The GSW beating Dallas in 2007 was an upset. My opinion is that there were too many factors in that game to formulate an opinion that's not completely stupid. The Cavs still weren't able to defend the perimeter well, and Shaq is hardly the "Howard-stopper" they so claim to have gotten. LeBron is the only guy we can't stop, but if we can stop double teaming him and forcing either him to do it all or his teammates to take tough shots, we have a huge chance of winning. At the same time, if we can't get production out of our backcourt, we're also in trouble. Carter played well against them the first game (11-23 shooting) and 29 points, and Jameer with 19 points on 8-15 shooting (5 assists)... the last game both were pretty awful. If Howard can play for more than 35 minutes (which he hasn't yet) then it raises our chances of winning as well. So, if our backcourt can play at a decent level and Howard stays out of foul trouble, then we have a chance. If we can get our players to fill their roles like they're supposed to, then there's no way the Cavs can matchup to us. A huge difference about our team this year is that they're completely inconsistent, so I can't tell you which players will show up and which won't. The Cavs, on the other hand, are pretty consistent and usually play the same type of game, feeding off of LeBron. Ok since our perimeter defense didn't stop you guys or that shaq didn't stop howard, how did we beat you guys. Lebron is not gonna beat you guys by himself. Face it, Shaq owns dwight, and we got better defending the three. then why did we put up a scoring average? lebron won this game, and he's not going to do it in a 7 game series. he never will. Yep.... Lebron played 45 minutes and went 1 on 5 late in the 4rth. The Magic ran out of gas. Plain and simple. It will not happen in a 7 game series. Shaq did not stop Dwight, Dwight stopped Dwight by committing stupid fouls AND not demanding the ball late in the 4rth. Shaq the Dwight stopper.....LMAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol...isn't that just the dumbest thing I've ever heard. Dwight stopping Dwight. Shaq stopped Dwight the two times we played you guys. You guys weren't out of gas, we just played better defense than you guys. You live by the 3, you lose by the 3.

    Amare to Cleveland?

Coming from a Cavs fan, I like the team we have now.
  15. quote: Originally posted by GhostAnime:I think you should honestly question some of your offseason acquisitions. Not to downplay them or anything but LeBron playing 45 minutes says a lot, mo williams or not. You guys are supposed to have depth. Anthony Parker doesn't do anything but shoot as does Moon. You guys just got their height and it hardly stopped us from shooting 3's. Shaq was in foul trouble because 3 of those fouls were against Dwight Howard. Leon Powe is a big question mark and I don't understand why you guys think he's some kind of savior. He was a bench player for the Celtics that didn't do anything but get lose balls. Sound familiar? The team is essentially a clone of last year with Shaq clogging up the lane. We are happy with our offseason acquisitions. You should question yours. Vince Carter is obviously a downgrade from Hedo, Hedo fit in your system much better than Carter. Carter hasn't done anything for your team besides that 48 point game. Barnes isn't the shooter we all thought he would be. Bass is MIA. J Will is your best improvement which is sad. Our pick ups aren't huge stars, but they are getting the job done, they are better perimeter defenders, Parker is a good spot up shooter, and Shaq owns Dwight Howard.
