yesss now we're paying 14 million for a back up guard. If we keep making moves like this we will have no money when dwight is a free agent and we will end up like cleveland. We probably have the most expensive bench in the league.

Carlos Arroyo, I have never hated a magic player as much as him. JJ Redick, I have hated him since he was in college and i was even more upset when we wasted a 11th round pick on him. I can't wait till lebron leaves. Since when has Cleveland been a big market team, with the likes of boston and LA... Since 2003 when they got lebron, the season before that they were 17-65. I will love to see what happens to cleveland when he leaves. Although I am a little concerned where he will end up, it could cause trouble for the magic. If lebron can take a group of rejects to a 66 win season imagine what we could do with some real talent .

I got banned from realcavsfan.com or whatever it is, because one of there posters was going on about how they have Moon now and with his length he will be able to guard lewis and other big perimeter shooters we have. Then i instructed them to watch the 2008 playoff series between the magic and raptors, and to take notes on how effective moon was. they also didn't like when when i posted the pietrus v. cavs bench statistics during the ECF

Cleveland fans are all delusional, 95% of them just became fans because of lebron. Before Lebron, cleveland was probably one of the worst teams in the league. The season before they got lebron, they went 17-65( I am pretty sure). Most cavs fans know nothing about the NBA because they just hopped on the lebron bandwagon and have no knowledge of any other talent in the NBA other than Kobe, only because he is in the commercials with lebron.

When Hedo was with the magic, he got no respect and was very underrated. Now that he left, people are making him out to be the the focal point of our success. His impact on the team is completely overrated now, I believe this is because of the media bias against the magic. You would think by winning the ECF we would gain some respect but we are still considered 3rd in the east behind boston and the cavs to a lot of people.

apparently you haven't been keeping up with the latest news, we lost Hedo, now we don't have a chance

Gortat said he wants to "develope his game more", could he be the answer we need at back up PG? A 7 foot polish man dishing out the rock would make heads explode. Or could he start at the 3, gortat shoots .567 from the field and he shoots 100% from 3 point land, our prayers might be answered.

obviously you have never had a shoulder injury that required surgery. Jameer is a big liability for us, because he can easily re-injure that shoulder. I don't see why there is such a dire need for Barnes? We have plenty of wing players actually its the position we have the most depth at (VC,JJ,MP,RA,Shard). I am all for getting him for 2 reasons, 1) so that the cavs don't get him; 2) because he is a good fit for the magic. I would think we would be looking to spend the rest of our money on a back up PG, because jameer is injury prone and although he will be back healthy, sometimes when you get a shoulder injury as severe as jameer's, it opens up a pandora's box full of problems.

I have already posted this in another thread but since some of you are still debating who is better in the 4th between Hedo and Vince or who is more clutch check out the link http://82games.com/gamewinningshots.htm, hint VC is number 2. Don't get me wrong i love hedo, he was probably my favorite player on the magic the last couple of seasons but you cannot deny that VC is by far a better basketball player, especially if you look at it on paper. He is only 2 years old than Hedo but you got to remember even at 32 VC is still extremely athletic, maybe not like he was with the raptors but compared to the average NBA player, his athleticism is still by far superior.
