I cant tell you guys how excited I am for Mo next year. I think he's gonna prove a lot of people wrong

I think Langford has a higher ceiling than KPJ

I really don't like Little. He can't shoot, he cant defend, he has a low BBIQ, poor court awareness, etc. Too many red flags. he's athletic but he just isn't good. He was benched on numerous occasions at UNC. Picking him at 16 would be a head scratcher imo

That's why theyre going after an all-NBA caliber point guard who is about to enter his prime and who actually wants to go there? Kyrie is better than DLo, if you have the chance to sign him you do it

Russell is a very dedicated worker and a great leader. Wiggins just isn't motivated. I don't think he has Wiggins potential at all.

Someone asked the Magic on IG today when we're getting new uniforms and the account replied with a "shhhh" emoji.... Do you guys think something is in the works? Imo we're long overdue for a rebranding, with new logos and uniforms. The current ones reek of Dwightmare and Rob Hennigan

He averaged 7 assists per game last year and had a 2.26:1 assist to turnover ratio. He was in the top 15 in potential assists. In what universe is he not a good passer?

Would y'all trade Aaron Gordon and Evan Fournier for Gary Harris, and then draft a PF at 16?

Orlando has been linked to Houston in regards to Houston's quasi-roster blowup (according to Kyler at least, take it how you will). Honestly they have nothing I would give up substantial assets for (outside of Harden of course). What do you guys think?

This, here, is a reminder for any Magic fan who's been toying with the idea of trading for CP3 (not saying its anyone on this forum but I've seen it elsewhere)

Do you guys think targeting Jeremy Lamb is a good idea if Ross walks this offseason? We've been reported to be interested in Kemba, but I think Lamb could be a good option too.

    2019 NBA Draft Thread

His age and the fact that he cant space the floor is what concerns me. Is his length really a concern? I cant find a reliable source for his wingspan, but some say its 7 feet, some say its 6'10". that's really good for a 6'8" guy. He scores the ball with really good efficiency, but if you cant shoot the 3 in the modern NBA, you're going to struggle for minutes. I guess Hetzel could work with him on his 3, but I'm just not 100% sold on Clarke as a prospect over someone like Porter or Alexander-Walker or Langford. His offensive and defensive ratings are really good, but are those a product of him being THAT good, or of him being on a really efficient Gonzaga team?

I'm all for BPA and all that but what would be the point of drafting another tweener 4/5 combo? To draft a backup at 16? To trade AG? What would that accomplish? Is he really that much better than any of the wings that'll be there for us at 16?

Brogdon would probably play SG for us though, right? He plays better there than he does at PG according to Bucks fans.

If we salary dumped Fournier and let Vooch/Ross walk, would we have enough for a max? Or would we still need to stretch Mozgov?

I'd imagine their two priorities are Middleton and Brogdon this offseason

    2019 Offseason Thread

Who else does Milwaukee need to re-sign? Middleton, Brogdon, and Lopez? Cant they go over the cap for all of them? Unless we get a verbal "I want to come here" from a Kemba or someone similar, I don't see a need to dump a productive and young guy like Fournier. Maybe if Kyrie goes to Brooklyn and Dlo all of a sudden becomes available, I would. But we really aren't in play for any big name FA's this summer

    2019 Offseason Thread

I just don't see the purpose in us clearing cap for a restricted free agent. I think Brogdon would fit in here perfectly, but he isn't leaving Milwaukee. They're gonna match anything. And who else would we chase with that money?

Someone posted this on the Magic subreddit today. I have no clue if this guy is legit (I'm inclined to not believe him) but this would be a pretty solid offseason for us imo. The only gripe I have is trading the pick for cap relief. I don't see us making a play for any big names in free agency.

I just watched some Herro highlights to try to keep an open mind. All he really has on his mixtape us him hitting open 3's, layups in transition, or cooking defenders from small D1 schools. He's a tenacious defender and can shoot, but he doesn't fit the overall direction and philosophy of the team (won't be able to defend NBA players, short wingspan, etc.). It's a no from me

Tyler Herro is working out for us. I really don't want him on Orlando but I guess WeltHam is just keeping their options open
