Exactly. I mean I hear a lot of “sack Mosley” but if this ownership is serious then the front office should go before Mosley does. And if changes aren’t made then they have to bloody sell. Fans have checked out. I listen to all the podcast, Sixth man show, Orlando Magic HQ, court cousins, close up Magic, magic UK guys etc and the common theme is that people have had enough. Surely some of the top brass would listen to some of these for a vibe check? Or I am that naive? I’m even fed up with the magic broadcasters Jeff and David, there endless positivity and lack of criticism, are they too scared they will lose there jobs if they actually had a crack at this joke of a team? There is such a lack of accountability from bottom to top in this franchise. It’s sounds harsh having a go at them, But they’re involved with this franchise. Then people Will say this is second year of the tank? What absolute crap. We waited and watched for 7 years for that treadmill team of Vooch, AG and Evan max out on a 8th seed. Weltham said they were evaluating for 3 frickin years. How do they have a job? How does ownership cop this? It’s been horrific viewing for 10 years now. I don’t know what else to say. It’s actually nuts to think about what our record might be If we only had a few of these guys back. We’re in every game. Take out Schofield, Harris minutes etc we would easily above 50%. Easily. And there lies the frustration from most of us, we know if healthy how good we could be. There honestly isn’t anyone that scares me. Full strength we can match it with them all. Indiana are 9-6, no injuries, we were the better team and should of won without SEVEN of our highest paid/best players.

I got a feeling they could blow the lot up and gun for worst record in comp, thus guaranteeing that top 4 pick. They are play in at best with this roster.

Would love to trade Bamba, White would be ok but he’s pretty much Cole Anthony isn’t he? I’d be looking at Rozier from Charlotte, would love that Moody trade, Nassir little, and the big move I would make is 2 firsts ( Bulls and Denver) plus salary for Devin Vassel. Maybe they want our future pick instead of Denver. Would have to be top 4 protected but. This year we need to draft at least one of scoot, Nick smith Jr or Keyonte George.

This is where I am. I’m just about out on this franchise.

SGA instead of Bamba, Mitchell instead of Isaac. We passed on Kuzma, josh hart and Derrick white the 3 picks before we selected Iwundu. Gary Trent Jr was staring us in the face but we took Melvin Frazier who is worse version on Iwundu the second rounder the year before. Sold our second rounder to lakers in 2021, players like Herb Jones, Ayo dosumnu available at that pick. Sold the pick before we even had a clue who was gonna still be available. Instead we roll out two way players like Harris, Schofield, Brazdeikis, Gravett, Briscoe, bacon etc instead of having a swing on a second round prospect with some actual upside.

I really need to start directing my energy into other things than this team/franchise. I can’t recall any other sporting organisation deprived of happiness and good news. Its on the front office. They way they do things, yeah they drafted Franz and Paolo but that’s it. Its not like they were surprise picks. They were slated to go there or about. We have been the worst shooting team that feels like a decade long. Why haven’t they targeted shooting? Go back to their Milwaukee days, they were horrific then and the only thing that allowed theM to continue their careers in the league was the Giannis pick. Forget about Bogut, Sanders, Henson etc. they’re our Bamba, Okeke, Suggs, Isaac picks. Long boys and injury prone players who can’t shoot. The injury secrecy and lack of transparency with timelines etc when we seem to always have triple the time on sidelines for Our team compared to other teams is blatant disrespect to our fans. It’s beyond me why anyone buys season tickets with this crap product they continue to put out. Why did we extend Harris and Bamba? Harris hasn’t been healthy in 5 years! And Bamba the writing was on the wall year 1. The league leading team for games missed isn’t just by chance. Get a GM that’s competent, takes risks, a competent coach Ffs and start drafting players that fit the direction the league is going. Sorry I had to vent.

Hard not to imagine how good this team could be if fully healthy. Bol is awesome. even Bamba is playing with purpose now. Chuma has been great since starting, lock down defender. Just need that shot to fall. I’d bring Bol off bench and Run a Fultz, Suggs, Franz, Paolo, WCJ starting. Hopefully all our injuries are out of the way, with other teams now getting the injury bug and ours coming back hopefully we can keep building in the upward direction. No team in the league has our amount of young talent/depth if (big if) healthy.

Suggs is awful. It’s looking pretty clear that we bombed that pick. He can’t do anything? Like a Bull in China shop out there. Seen enough of Mosley, go get Quin Snyder now

WCJ is pretty bad. Massively overated amongst magic fans. Cringe every time he shoots, which is way too often

Go get Jared Butler. He has to be the guy to come in. Waive Admiral and sign him. Would prob be better than Cole from the outset.
