I must admit while I love the intangibles of DJ as a good vet in the locker room; it looks like his time has come to pass. We need upgrades to our back court badly! Pull the trigger If the deal is right. Burch’s warts are also being exposed.

I would venture to say that AG would be the most attractive asset to trade with his contract and overlap at the position, but caution to only deal him if the return is strong and not for just the sake of change.

You could be right, but our team may not be the best fit for him. He is a 3/4 option and probably shouldn’t have plays run for him rather then opportunity scoring or spot up 3s and cutting to basket. When he starts dribbling and creating we get into trouble.

I remember when everyone hated Vooch. I have always defended him knowing that while he is flawed he works within his flaws and is still our best player; the man needs offensive help as any player would struggle in playoffs when you’re the only go to guy.

Issac’s shot has definitely been off lately.

AG doesn’t seem to learn very well. He has regressed this year and I wouldn’t be surprised if we trade him. I love his athleticism, but his basketball IQ sucks. He thinks he’s LeBron but is really An undisciplined Shawn Marion and his ego won’t accept the fact that he is a role player. 6 years in the league and he’s still wildly inconsistent.

I’m just gonna put it out there; Fultz will be an All Star within 3 years. His game has so much maturity regardless of his age. He’s our max guy.

We have a lot of young guys and our pick will probably be 16/17 so why not trade the pick for some shooting? DJs impact goes beyond his rotation minutes as he has been a great mentor for the youngsters. MCW has the edge I’m hoping AG adopts and every team needs one of those guys; remember Matt Barnes? JJ would be a nice addition.

He is playing point right now so I totally expect the numbers to be as you’ve illustrated.

Good observation... I hope he focuses on playing within his game which imo is protecting rim and spotting at the 3 pt line. Keep it simple for now as he literally has no post game and the longer he holds the ball the more likely he turns it over; just move the ball for now and work on post in summer.

I’ve been an Advocate of Spencer Dinwiddie, but the supposed experts on this board say he’s too much like Fultz to work and I disagreed. Apparently there are others out there that feel as I do. Since Irving's injury and Dinwiddie's addition to the starting lineup, he has averaged 24.5 points, 7.8 assists and 32.5 minutes. ... Spencer can play really well off the ball. I was wondering if anyone else noticed that Fournier looks bigger. I remember when Cliff came aboard he said Evan was bigger then he thought. Just maybe he is hitting his peak due to strength and experience. I can definitely see he looks thicker even in his face. He has become a handful at 6’7” with length to boot at the guard spot.

Who you think will come to us that is better then Evan without giving away the farm????

Evan may be the best option at the time. We can wish for the stars but putting these deals together is very difficult without giving away the farm. If we keep doing these deescalating contracts it helps us stay more flexible. So glad we didn’t pony up for Tobias deal as that is crippling.

Let’s see what happens.....

I’d give it a try and if it doesn’t work then flip him like The Warriors are doing with DRuss. There are those out there that believe Spencer can play off the ball. At the very minimum we have a strong back up and a excellent 3 pt shooter while maintaining our main core. AG is not a star and not likely to be anything more then a high level defensive role player at best a borderline Allstar. It’s been 6 years and he is still making the same mistakes on shot selection. They’ll want him for perimeter defense mainly.

AG is a enigma! He looks like he could be the next LeBron with his hops and athleticism, but when you look closely he is riddled with mistakes and poor decision making. He doesn’t seem to be learning and tends to play beyond his role; face it folks, he’s a high level role player and that is probably his ceiling. Yes, he’ll have a few good games here and there, but rarely strings any consistency together. Is he pyrite “fools gold”? If so, let’s sell high and balance out this roster. I’ll have a Dinwiddie/Harris plus pick for the win Alex.
