His production vs opp doesn't mean much. Not many SFs average 17 and 6, so most of the time he is going to outproduce other SFs. That isn't going to paint him as a good or bad player. His horrible defense outweighs his offensive impact, which isn't much. That's why he is a net negative. Not weird. Payton isn't a volume stat stuffer, except for his assists numbers. So his "production vs opp" looks bad. Doesn't matter much though. Payton positively affects the defense and offense when he is on the floor. Runs the offense(low TOs) without chucking his brains out and provides great defense on the other end. His on/off reflects this. He(Tobias) could be a good player if he played better defense. He can play the 3-4 on offense, space the floor, and provides 17ppg on 55% TS. His contract situation makes it hard to keep him though.

at least we know which NBA team Jameis will be rooting for after draft day!

Dwight had a 20 point 21 rebound game just a few days ago. Cousins is great and young but give me Dwight still because when healthy he is still the best. Take those blinders off, you can hate the guy all you want but at least he got us a new arena! Lol

so Cousins padding stats on a team that can't win 30 games is better than the guy who has had countless 20/20 playoff games in the past decade... OK lol I guess MCW really did deserve to be rookie of the year over Oladipo, didn't he?

OCSC are battling injuries, still haven't seen our #1 keeper play, not to mention Ribeiro and Molino are out. I think once Kaka and Shea build proper chemistry we could really be a force. So many of our games have been lost in the final minutes as well, we have been the better team on the pitch in multiple losses. That's the nature of the sport though, lots of east and west... not a lot of north and south. Magic need to find a way to win the lottery next Tuesday because Mad Max being awesome won't be enough to keep me happy once they don't.

This season was a ton of fun still, watching Payton night in and night out... off topic: kind of funny how the Mavs traded Nelson for Rondo and lost... we were right all along, back in 2009 Jameer really was the better player, Rondo always a product of the big 3. Maybe, just maybe a head coach older than Tim Duncan will arrive in O-town and turn this around as well. Agreed, most of our players are too young to be considered most improved... I like the idea of Hennigan getting executive of the year though. Oladipo could win rookie of the year as well.
