Great TEAM win. Almost everyone played well, excpet Frye but that should go without saying. This team is a lot better when Fournier plays good. Hopefully he can keep it up. Dedmon is pure money off the bench as a hustle/energy guy that locks down that interior. Dipo and Payton are developing a really special chemistry that is getting more and more fun to watch. Still only 23, has never really been given a real chance I know it sounds cray but it's not like he ever got a lot of burn on a crappy lottery team. Kings traded him early on and Rockets/Blazers were contenders. His PER is actually solid past 2 years were 14ppg13rbp and 11ppg and 12rrbg. I think he fits in as a young, athletic energy run the floor guy off the bench.

Neither have any type of unseen potential. I think Hark is better than he's played this year, but nicoloson is who he is. The idea that there is some untapped stud waiting to be unleashed from Nicholsons body will never happen. I would like to think Harkless could at least be a solid defensive specialist guy but he can't dribble and his shot is broke so the Trevor Ariza comparisons went away quickly.

Not once in my post did I say anything about our rebuild being a failure. As I stated, I believe we've drafted the best players available where we drafted. But those players are not comparable to what OKC was able to draft where they drafted.

No our roster is perfect. We have a ton of young talent that we utilize every game. Harkless and Nicholson are valuable pieces to our team. So is Gordon.

I disagree. I would easily say Russell has every bit as much all star potential that okafor has.

You guys really think Payton wanted to have to shoot that 3? Smart PR move on his part sitting that one out. And mainly, who cares about that event it's complete filler. Only 3 point contest and dunk contest matter. We're all here for the dunk contest. The changes to the skills comp were stupid. Should add another obstacle and pass. But define explosiveness. Whose really "explosive" at pg in the nba? John Wall? Derrick Rose? Westbrook? I think that's a highly overstated term that's thrown around far to much these days. There's so many other guys that can't just drive and dunk it all over everyone that are still world class at their position (Chris Paul, Steph Curry, Kyrie Irving). Russel has enough explosivness to be an all star in the league for a long time. It's not like he can't dunk or anything. He throws down enough. He comps really nice to James Harden. People don't get as excited over a guy like Russell because they would rather watch YouTube videos of someone like Zach Lavine dunking the ball. Russell's game is pure basketball.

Russell would do wonders for this team Ive said that for a couple months now. He's everything were missing on the offensive end. We have no one on our current roster that even come close to possessing the offensive skill set that Russel already has. You can find defensive minded PF's, hell look what dedmon is doing now. A guard that has the ability to drop 30 on any given night while fishing out double digit assists is much harder to come by.

Agee O he loves the big city and night lights he's probably talking with Jim Buss now about going to LA when his deal is up. I think I saw him talking to kobe one time last year too and I think he liked him growing up.

Dipo loves "the moment" and he got caught up in It lastnignt. Same reason why he turns the ball over constantly when the game is on the line.

Yea because we have anything close to Durant Westbrook and Harden in Payton, Dipo and Gordon. Everyone uses OKC as their prime example, but the talent of players they were able to draft will not be mimicked for a long time. I think we've drafted the best players we could at where we drafted, but the bottom line is our guys aren't those guys. OKC was bad a the right time, I'm not so sure we have been.
