But maybe a total rebuild ala Jazz and accept picks and youngsters for superstar is Henningans forte, rather than a Nuggets type move and still compete with a package of mid tier players for their superstar.

FWIW, my Houston sources also told me they would include Lowry/Scola and any of the 3 of Patterson/Motiejunas/White/Lamb/Jones in any deal of Dwight.

Can't blame the rest of the league though for these lowball offers. Dwight single handlely effed his trade value by telling the world he would only re-sign with the Nets. Now, you are hearing these crap offers. Why would anybody, other than the Nets, trade anything of value for a guy who is not healthy and will not re-sign with that team? I know from my Houston sources, that the Rockets are one of FEW teams that would go balls out trying to rent him for the year. They are also after Eric Gordon and with his ties to Rockets Assistant Coach Kelvin Sampson, might be signed and traded to Houston. Maybe Dwight re-signs with Houston if Eric Gordon, a top 4 SG, is on his team.

Dwight Howard, or anybody else, can not be traded during the FA Mormatorium (July 1- July 11). A deal can be verbally agreed upon, but can not be official until the 11th. Maybe a deal would be verbally agreed upon by Hennigan and other GM but he would not be officially a member of that team until the 11th.

I'm not a contributing member though.

LOL, I guess it's true. T-Mac did whine his way out of Houston as well. He complained about Adelman's read and react system and wanted the ball in his hands at all times basically.

So sorry for asking but in your point of view as Magic fans, what were your opinions of T-Mac? I loved his time here in Houston but he failed to live up to expectations but partly to blame was our horrible supporting cast in Houston. At one point in time, Ryan Bowen was our starting PF LULZ. I'm asking because who's exit was worse in yall's opinions, T-Mac's or eventually (hopefully not) Dwight's?

Rockets fan here, in the beginning I actually wanted Dwight but now, I feel sorry for you Magic fans and know what you are going through. My brain wants Dwight in Houston in a Rocket jersey but my heart wants him to extend with Orlando. Again, so sorry about this. Hope everything works out for you guys.
