  1. I was traded to the Lakers on 2k12 and I was losing a LOT of games in the same fashion (close game for 3 quarters, then the cpu kills you in the 4th) so I changed to simulation sliders and even though it's harder to beat your defender, I've won 2 straight games (something very rare)

And one thing, I'm the 9th seed with the Lakers and I enjoy playing there, but the Miami Heat is 1st in the East and they are interested in me, should I ask for a trade there?

  2. He's the perfect center to serve in a complementary roll to Dirk.

They clicked well for Germany in the Olympics.

Brendan Haywood was just the worst starting center I've ever seen and Mahinmi is too soft.

Brendan Wright is undersized but he can throw down

They also sign and traded Mahinmi for Darren Collison (good PG) and Dahntay Jones

  3. If we get young guys we can hang on to it works out better cuz they can get better and turn into assets or role players. and im not sayin ur trade makes us a playoff team but we wanta be as worse as possible next year.(rebuilding)

Yeah, but with a roster of J-Rich, Parsons, Nicholson, Duhon, O'Quinn, McRoberts, Calderon, Kevin Martin, Jameer, Redick etc. we wouldn't be winning much, probably we'd stay out of the playoffs which would give us a pick around 8 (not that bad)

The young talent would develop and then Calderon, McRoberts and Kevin Martin would expire and we could combine the young guys with some legit talent.

    But I'm ok total tanking

  4. I would not be surprised if it is something very close to that! I am a Rockets fan just following this mess here on you guys site to keep up with the latest on your end. I think the Rockets will end up overpaying for what will amount to a 1 year rental....the only think I can figure it The Rockets are hoping the S&T market for Howard will net them something nice this time next year.

What do you think of Houston helping LA land Dwight, but getting Bynum in red?

Read my trade on the other page if you don't mind

  5. KMart, Parsons, Royce, Lamb, Rap's lotto, 2013-14 1st... Anything else? This sounds good to me.

    My trade is

Orlando gets: Chandler Parsons, Jose Calderon (huge expiring), Kevin Martin (huge expiring), Josh McRoberts (small expiring) + multiple picks

LA gets: Dwight Howard, Hedo Turkoglu (**** contract, **** player)

HOU gets: Andrew Bynum, Metta World Peace (lol)

    TOR gets: Luis Scola

  6. Fully guaranteed? Billy King must be on the good stuff.

That guy is worse than Otis.

Serves Deron Williams well too, he'll have 2 swingmen that will start declining with age and a soft center to play with the next 4 or 5 years.

He could have gone to Dallas because Dirk's skills won't fade as fast because he doesn't rely on his athleticism, and they had space to sign another quality player (maybe even a star)

Deron is my favourite PG and I consider him to be the best in the NBA, but I hope he stays 6-8 seed and never wins anything with the BN

The Knicks have a better roster IMO and failed miserably

  7. We had to get back to the nets today as they are planning on signing Lopez if we don't trade Howard so it's just a normal business move to get back to them. I must admit though, I keep refreshing my page every 3 minutes dreading seeing "Superman is headed to Brooklyn" ahhh

There's no reason for us to rush a trade with the Nets (their assets are garbage).

They say they'll move on if a deal is not made today

The Rockets will probably offer Lopez a good chunk of money, if the Nets match it they won't be able to get Dwight via free agency

and even if they don't, Joe Johnson, Deron Williams and Gerald Wallace together will make around as much as the Miami big 3 so I don't know how that will work
