In 2015, aside from Booker (who has arguable talent) the top 4 is the only place with star power. In 2014 it was limited to the top 3 (or 4 depending on how you view Gordon). As teams get better and better at drafting it becomes increasingly hard to find that star everyone else missed out on. Your odds of drafting a star drop substantially each draft slot
