Good move to waive Zimmerman, he just didn't belong. The Heat have waived Chris Bosh and Gordon Hayward is stallling after somebody faked everybody out.
-
Kings had a great draft and follow it up with a good free agency
-
Clippers probably S&T for Gallinari at 3/65
Nuggets would send the incoming contracts to Atlanta
Looks like it'll be Gallinari to the Clippers, Millsap to the Nuggets and Jamal Crawford, Diamond Stone and a first round pick to the Hawks

This is this first time we start a season since AG and Payton got drafted with the same coaching staff. That says a lot to me.
Hope so. It's the last excuse EP's got left. I'm salavating at the defensive potential of Gordon/Isaac, btw.

So where do y'all think Hayward ends up?
Think he stays put
-
It's crazy. Day 3 of free agency and I've only heard us possibly linked to 2 free agents, Ingles and Collison. Outside of that it's been silent on our end.
-
I'd take Faried off their hands, he's only on contract for 2 more years, makes a similar salary to Vucevic.
-
Man the East will be even worse this year. If Magic win 35 games we might get the 8th seed.
We might wind up with an all-star!!
-
Punting on this offseason is totally the way to go at this point. Bring in vets on 1 year deals or give young guys a chance. Up to half of the NBA could be in the luxury tax this season. Almost no teams will have cap space next offseason
-
Milsap to Nuggets 3 years 90 mil
Man... the Western conference is gonna be fun next year! Especially the West playoffs.
-
Who do we have under contract for next year?
Payton, Augustin
Fournier, Ross
Isaac, Hezonja
Gordon
Vucevic, Biyombo
Probably going to sign Iwundu and pick up the team option on Zimmerman.
Watson is currently on the squad with a 5 million dollar contract for next year, but if we waive him before July 10 it will only count as 1 million toward the cap.
Umm... I think that's it at the moment.. this was all off the top of my head so I may have missed some

I wonder if we have isaac wrong and he turns into some weird ibaka analog. Good ibaka. Not present day ibaka
If he's willing to play the 5 as that, I'm all for it.

OQuinn only contributed because our team was soooo bad. He was a marginal player drafted where he should have been drafted. On a playoff team the guy gets mop up duty and a few spare minutes occasionally.
The majority of 2nd round picks don't make it in the league. O'Quinn is a success story for a 2nd round pick
-
Isaac does seem to have a low release which I'd like to see him change. If he were to shoot the ball as high as he could, he'd be near impossible to contest, much like Durant. I did love to see him pull the one-legged Dirk fader.
-
Kyle Lowry back to Toronto 3 years 100 million
Otto Poter with a max offer sheet from a Sacramento
-
O'quinn
Ahh, yeah.. good call
-
For the most part. Iwundu looks better then his numbers may show. I think he can develop into a nice role player.
That'd be nice. When's the last time we had a 2nd rounder that we drafted contribute? Gortat?

Rookies looking good today

Yes!!
Dodged Ingles and avoided Meeks. I'm digging it. (Actually like this move for Wizards bench, that's cheap if Meeks can ever be healthy).
The best move is still no move unless it's shedding contracts or taking fliers on some younger guys. It seems like we are going all for rolling with the roster we have and getting a top 5 pick next year.
There's still a lot of talent available and teams are running out of money fast. Maybe that was our plan, to wait it out. I'd love George Hill at 1 year 15 mill
-
Jodie Meeks to Washington 2 year 7 million
-
Taj Gibson to Minnesota 2 years 28 million
Serge Ibaka back to Toronto 3 years 65 million
-
Ainge's real problem is that he tries to dominate every trade. He could have gotten PG but didn't want to give up and of the future picks after he moved back to #3.
They missed out on George because they got greedy and assumed Indiana would wait until they signed Hayward to work a George trade.
-
Iguodala back to Golden State 3/48 million
Calderon to Cleveland 1/2.3 million
Amir Johnson to Philadelphia 1/11 million
PJ Tucker to Houston 4/32 million

It's like we went to a car dealership to pick up a Gordon Hayward, but our credit wasn't good so they tried to get us into a Joe Ingles with low miles
Hahaha.. they tried to sell us that Ingles was low miles but we checked the car fax, noticed that even though the name is new it's an older model car that just sat for awhile before anybody drove it, and when they started driving it they drove it hard. Ingles' is almost 30 and I swear he's only been around the league for like 3 years.

No, one of his inner circle leaked the news before he could release his "Thank you, Utah" Player's Tribune article. So, they denied he made up his mind (even though he had) until he was ready to put the article out.
