I don't know what to think anymore but I'm a little disappointed our worst case has gone from exum/parker to now a vonleh/injured embiid.
-
I don't know whether you can consider Sanders a reason not to draft someone. Better reason for them not to draft him is because his agents been such a dick to them.
-
To be fair lewis, Bosh and Allen probably played better this year than last but I understand what you mean, Wade and Chalmers are very important players for them and they didn't show up.
-
Joe Ingles is Exum's room mate? I thought he was playing in Israel? I know they went to the same high school but they are several years apart.

Birdman should get fined at least 5 times per game for flopping on every offensive rebound opportunity.

With the east in flux, how far away is Orlando?

Oh come on. Wiggins has not lived up to the hype he got coming out of high school. It definitely did not work. Please don't take the comment so personally. It was more a comment about how things change. -

My point is that I'm not ready to aboard the high school hype train again so soon. -
Seems to happen every year. This even news now?
-
There were a few games where he took way too many bad shots can't remember if that was one of them. All I remember from that game was that it was close till Kobe decided to try. I actually thought Ingles was our best player at the Olympics.
-
If only Irving wanted to play for Australia. Damn you kyriiiiiiiiieee!!! Hopefully Patty Mills doesn't go in to I got this mode again and hog the ball like he did at the Olympics.

Remember when we all really wanted Wiggins? Good times. -
I'm not sure this counts. They already had Rasheed and Ben Wallace too and if I remember correctly Milicic was projected higher than Wade and Bosh. It wasn't like a typical Cleveland reach for him.
-
I'm no Otis fan but I remember most of his trades coming out of blue. Unless you are just referring to the draft picks. Then you may be right I can't really remember.
-
I would too it'd be great but my money would be on Miami.

Bold 2014 NBA Draft Predictions
OrlandoFeds replied to MagicFanInNevada's topic in Orlando Magic Forum
I'll start; Doesn't fit into the "good culture" that we often express the desire to have. Someone else's turn now. -
While I agree he should it surely it is still a question. We are talking about Cleveland.
-
Keep in mind we were looking at pick 3 at the time; But apologies to Mauro Pedrosa because my memory was incorrect to the exact quote; And apologise to TreyMachine if I came to a conclusion you weren't actually suggesting but it is how I read it; However going back to your original argument then to be fair it is true but I guess I see Lillard as trying to "get his" more than most others do as for an example I can't stand his early off the dribble three point shots very early in the shot clock (maybe because it used to annoy me when Jameer did it too). Also I would like to point out before I get in a different argument that I'm not saying Isaiah is better just that I don't see that much of a gap between the two compared to their perceived value. I'm not saying you're wrong because I don't have any statistics on it but out of curiosity I would like to see any proof you have that shows Lillard is a better defensive player than Thomas. EDIT: Extra quote
-
Past stats? Because a 2nd round pick had to earn his minutes? Usually good numbers on lottery teams is due to a lack of defense but this isn't the case. Winning is such an overrated stat when measuring an individuals effectiveness. You basically haven't acknowledged the coaching staff and other players in Portland. No one remembers that the Blazers struggled with Aldridge out or that Portland's offense stays roughly the same when he doesn't play.
-
Does height matter when you produce the same? I understand there are a lot of different opinions on here but it seems weird the range in which these two have been seperated. People have suggested that Lillard is worth a top 3 pick and yet the Kings could let Isaiah walk.

Bold 2014 NBA Draft Predictions
OrlandoFeds replied to MagicFanInNevada's topic in Orlando Magic Forum
They've become "NBA is rigged because they are STILL trying to make up for Lebron leaving Cleveland". They can't be stopped. -
Isaiah has to be underrated or Lillard has to be overrated otherwise someone please explain the what separates them to me.
-
To be fair he should make more than Wade since he plays like 30 more games.
-
And I don't actually mind that. I understand the letter of the law with the rules and all that but the call was the most fair decision they could have made at that time.
-
Very interesting to see that Miami and Brooklyn came down to almost the same replay on an out of bounds play and they called it Brooklyn ball due to the missed foul.
-
The amount of Clipper players that scream when they jump is ridiculous. Whether it is during shots and even rebounds.
