    Really? Stupid Henny!!! Such a poor record of making a mess of things!!! Like that one time he gave up D12 for worthless pieces. He clearly doesn't know what he's doing and never does his research! And if Ibaka leaves us next year, we are screwed!!! This trade gives us no flexibility!!!! Dipo was the key to getting us into the playoffs this year. Without him, we are back in the lottery!

     

    That's two people calling for Ibaka to win the MVP now.

    If we wanted a shot blocking interior defender on the decline then I'm sure we could have signed d12 as a free agent and kept every one of our assets...or at least used them to get a better value. Look rob has had his hands on the wheel for many years now and at best we have a fair team. At worst we have a team still four years and a lot of luck away from a contender. Rob is done here and got fleeced again. He is still light years better than Otis. Best bet for our team is Devos sells to an owner who is less tolerant of a poorly performing team. The fact that Devos is fine with another crappy year is the problem.

     

    We're still getting Dwight don't worry.

    Don't know if you guys seen Oladipo's Instagram post but it really pissed me off. After thanking everyone from the Magic he went on to say he was excited for the future and was excited to play for the best fans in the world... WTF... We cheered you everyday since the moment you were drafted and you call some fans that you've never played for the best fans in the world...

     

    PR dude, he's trying to win over the new fan base. Dont take it personal.

    OMG we gave up an overrated 2 guard, a rotational big man at best, and ILY who couldn't even crack our rotation last year. It's beyond worth what we gave up to fill our biggest whole which was rim protection, not to mention a guy who has great mid range game.

     

    Seriously what do you think Dipo could net us? Do you really think Rob turned down better deals? I don't understand. Your completely overvaluing Dipo. Again, it wouldn't surprise me one bit if Zimmerman is as adequate a backup rotational big as Sabonis. We did not give up near as much as people are crying about and making it seem.

     

    This came down to Rob being more comfortable investing in Fournier/Mario long-term, which I completely agree with. And in the process, you take care of our biggest void which was interior defense.

     

    Look, I get that you think Ibaka is winning the MVP this year. We all get it by now. I think we could've gotten more, simple as that.

    You do realize there's more that goes into a players production then looking at their stat line? Ibaka essentially became a spot up shooter who played further away from the basket on both ends of the floor with Adams emerging as an animal down-low. His numbers dipped because of that. He wasn't happy in OKC and has said as much. He is going to feats in Orlando and I can't wait to see you guys hop on board when he does so. Look at Vogel's history with bigs.

     

    That all depends on him. If he's telling the truth and starts attacking the basket this trade might work. If he still thinks he's Dorell Wright then we wasted assets to get a bum. None of us know that until the games start.

    Bring the train on. Batum is a perfect fit for us.

     

    Also, as the team stands now--we're still a much better team then last year. Either way, we are a better team then last year and you guys look dumb crying like babies over a trade that netted us our best player since Dwight--all for a guy whose really better suited as a 6th man.

    I can only speak for myself. I'm not upset about shipping out Vic, I'm upset about only getting (a shell of) Ibaka in return. Turn Ilyasova into Vucevic and we're all preordering Boogie shirzeys today.

     

    Return on investment. We didn't get it.

    We knew this a long time ago. Long before Dipo was traded. Why is this even a thread? Once free agency is done and all you whiny babies are done crying--I'm gonna have a field day on ya.

     

    You're also setting yourself up to have a train ran on you if we don't sign anyone (and throwing a max at Barnes or Batum to get to the salary minimum doesn't count).

    I got the joke. And i saw your point but I am not in agreement. vogel is not known for been and offensive minded guy but that doesnt mean he is bad a it.

    Looking at Indiana history, they have been at the bottom of the league in offense even before Vogel got there.

    Indiana problem has always been more of a Roster problem which we are seeing at the moment with our current roster.

    BTW vogel didnt got fired.

     

    I don't have an opinion on Vogel, only made the joke because it was there.
