    Off-season roster prediction time!

Or is Jameere's spot on the team a foregone conclusion? I don't think he is Junkie. We need a PG with a pass first mentality. When you look at our potential starting lineup next year with Dwight, Darko and JJ who all three can be good scoring options especially when all three are on the floor at the same time, we are going to need someone who can get them the ball. Jameer will be a good spark off the bench either in the PG spot or when we go small and he can play a small SG. But the question is, will he be willing to accept that role?

    FIRE BRIAN HILL

It's going to be an interesting summer. Not only does the coaching situation need to be addressed, so does the point guard position. But the biggest challenge is going to be: A. To resign Darko and B. Find a free agent who can consistently score from the perimeter. A go to guy, I like Rashawd Lewis myself.

    Darko's Consistency

He picked a good time to play one of his best games of the season. Hopefully this last impression he gave will benefit him. Part of me was hoping he didn't have a good showing; this will bring up his price and stock. I really wish the Magic retain his services, I would love to see Darko and Dwight develop side by side. What a force to recon with in the future!

OMG Dwight might not sign an extension!!!!!

I think he will sign an extension, I wouldn't read to much into that article. Take it from where is came from.

Where are all the B Hill supporters now?

Wow, this thread took an interesting turn since I last read it. Some pretty comical stuff if you ask me. LOL Who ever you support, and for what ever reason, lets go out there and support our boys! Let's try to at least win this game. No sweep, No celebrating on our home court!

Brian Hill is done after last night

I agree, we would all be singing a different tune if we were playing Cleveland, or even the Bulls. If we could have only been able to win one more game! It kind of makes you think of all the games we lost that we should have won.

quote: I would like to hear from somebody though that can provide some insight into the thoughts and plan that B Hill has and why it shouldn't be picked apart I think his plan is to pose as an NBA coach and collect and NBA coach's salary unitl someone realizes he is just an imposter and relieves him of his duties. And if you ask me, it is difficult to argue the fact that it is a pretty good plan (kind of with I thought of it myself). It has worked so far!

I agree with you Smack, but being critical is one thing but when some members start talking about "Boycotting this", "Boycotting that", "Refusing to support the team because of the coach

    Tampa Magic

The Magic aren't going anywhere, they'll find a way of getting it done here in Orlando.

Where are all the B Hill supporters now?

I posted a thread last week, not in support of Brian Hill in particular, but a cry for everyone to support the team as a whole. I think it's important to show our guys that we are behind them %100 during the playoffs. There will be plenty of time next season to throw Brian Hill under the bus. It's great to be back HOME!!!

Playoff Gathering - Friendly Confines - Sat. 7pm

Well guys, I was really looking forward to meeting you guys on Saturday. But unfortunately, I'm sitting in our corporate office in Chantilly VI right now. Been here since Tuesday afternoon, I even missed our last home game. To make matters worse they stuck me in a room without internet access. They waited a day to honor my request for a room change, and when they did, they stuck me in another room without access! Needless to say, I will be leaving this Holliday Inn and staying at the Embassy suites tonight (with internet access)!! I was hoping to be home by this afternoon, but it looks like the earliest would be Tuesday or Wednesday night. I will be home for Thursday night

    Playoff Truce!

Every time Brian Hill is announced before every home game, there is a stream of Boos that rain down from the rafters. I'm all for everyone exercising their right to be able to voice their opinion, or their displeasure in this case, but can we call a truce and refrain from voicing our displeasure with Brian Hills coaching ability (or lack of) during the playoffs? I think it

    Playoff Truce!

quote: No one is gonna keep me from Booing B.Hill while he is being introduced in the Line Up and I bet you I won't be the only one either. I'm not trying to tell anyone what to or not to do. I just thought it would be a good gesture to stand behind our team during the playoffs. Whether anyone likes it or not, Brian Hill is part of this team/organization and probably will be here next season as well. I don't think booing is doing any good, it's definetly not persuading managments mind, but some might argue that and that is just my opinion (everyone is entitled to voice there opinions right?) Don't misunderstand my position on the Brian Hill issue. I don't think he can take this team to the next level, but again that's just my opinion, it seems as management thinks otherwise. I must admit, I might dislike his coaching style, but I don't boo, to each is own. And again, in my opinion, for the playoffs I feel it is counter productive. But hey, boo your little hearts out if you please.

    Playoff Party Poll

As soon as a decision is made as to where the party will be held, please post it either on this thread or another one. If it is in my part of town, you can count me in. Unless I am out of town.

At first I thought I voted for a non existant place as well...but.. Heres the Map for the Gators Waterford... Alehouses are always packed, Game or Not...atleast in my neck of the woods (and left off the list) south 436 just south of Hoffner location - although on second thought, after I voted Gators, I started to wonder..Does Gators Have an outsdie area bar/seating...most alehouses have an outside bar/seating area, which is good. Sorry about that guys, I never knew that was there! How long has that been there?

    Could Grant Hill be wrong????

So again, the PA announcer was out of place in making that statement, or how he made the statement....or both???? He said it in a manner that insinuated Magic winning the game was a forgone conclusion. He might as well have said: "Why even bother playing the fourth quarter everyone, let's go home and celebrate!!"

    Could Grant Hill be wrong????

I'm also on Grants side. I was at the game, and as soon as Paul made the announcement, I said to myself "Oh no he didn't!" It's almost like when a coach takes a statement made by an apposing player and posts it in the locker room to motivate and incite his own players. That was the affect the statement had on the Celtics players. I would take it personal too!
