I think I'm gonna miss you the most big fella.
I'll still cheer for you while you play for the Lakers. and then get tired of Kobe and play for the Heat. and then get tired of wade and then play with Phoenix Suns, Cleveland Cavaliers, and then Boston Celtics.

Vacque Jaughn!

I would love to see him with a career ending injury - that is pretty bad, but I'm a true fan and he is trashing Orlando, being a total selfish jerk and I hope he gets screwed as he would like to screw over Orlando - nothing would make me happier.
I would never wish injury on anyone. And that is not what being a true fan means, if that's what you're implying. Dwight did a lot for this city. Its time to move on.

$8 million bucks per year for Sham-meer Nelson??? Are you kidding me? $5 million, yes..$6 million..arrrrgh $7million..whoa now...He was not in the Top 20 of PG overall and barley made it in this years free agency.
He is not better than these guys
1. Bos - Rondo
2. Brook - D Will
3. Bulls- Rose
4. Cle - Irving
5. Spurs - Parker
6. Clips - CP3
7. Lakers - Nash
8. Knicks - Kidd
9. Minn - Rubio
10. Den - Lawson
11. Sac - Tyreke Evans
12. OKC - Westbrook
13. Indy - G Hill (already schooled him last year in playoffs)
14. Atl - Devin Harris
15. Mem - Mike Conley
16. Wash - Wall
17. Warriors - Steph Curry
18. Mil - Jennings
19. Tor - Calderon or Lowry
20. Mia - Chalmers
Probably ahead of these
21. Philly - Holiday
22.Bobcats - Augustin
23. Det - Stuckey
24. Mavs - Collison
25.Hou - Lin
26. Por - Lilliard - rookie
27.Utah - ??
28.Suns - K Marshall - Rookie
29. Nola - Rivers???
What about these guys:
Billips
Dragic
Andre Miller
Felton
You can go ahead and move a couple up and a couple down but that 20 spot roughly is the ceiling. Ok, even if I am real generous and say 16, he is still not in the top half of the league. It is going to be a painful season if Sham-meer is the best player on our team. Way to set the bar. I am glad I am not footing the bill for this loyalty PR move. As I said before, the only move I have disagreed with Henny on so far is this.
Between 8 and 13.

I won't let this go, by the way. We could of had C.J. Watson instead of Chris Duhon at the same price! Argh. :svgsad:

I didn't see this in the SUPER COLOSSAL MEGA-AWESOME (insert echo-effect) THREAD, THREAD, THREAD, THREAD and I figured no one likes to dig in it either, So here's the link.
Jameer almost got in to it with Dwight. Oh yeah and Dwight's gone.
And what's up with having one thread to post anything and everything about offseason moves? If I haven't been on this site for a while then I would have to dig through it just to see what you guys post. And usually its a couple of guys going back and forth about one topic for a while till I find something interesting. anyways.....

I can't believe that Dwight would still want to go BK, they have absolutely nothing now. Gerald Wallace is FA and testing the waters. Deron is most definitely leaving. What do they have left that is so desirable? The only thing I see is that they'll shower him with money and cake but no ring.
It doesn't matter what BK has now. If Dwight goes there, other pieces will follow.
If we're going to trade Dwight, send him to the western conference and make a trade for another star. I don't see why we should be getting scraps for an allstar. Am I the only one that thinks this?
-
Of Course. All the drama going on this summer and going into next season, made for TV.
-
This team is slowly killing me. WTF :gortat: :gortat:
-
If Dwight is still in a Magic Jersey next season, I would look forward to seeing how he plays with a new head coach.

Yahoo:All-Star point guard Deron Williams has made one decision about his free agency: If the Brooklyn Nets win the No. 1 pick in the NBA's draft lottery on Wednesday night – and the chance to secure Kentucky center Anthony Davis – it won't be enough for Williams to sign a contract extension, league sources told Yahoo! Sports.
"It's Dwight Howard or bust," said a league source who has spoken to Williams.

Aight, This is what the Pacers are going to do in game 2. Suffocate Jameer defensively so he doesn't penetrate inside. Score more buckets in the paint because our allstar center isn't there. Give the ball to West. Energy. yadadyady we win.
EDIT: I think we're gonna lose.
-
We all we got. Lets go Magic!!
-
The Pacers are obviously overrated at the #3 seed. We just gotta make 3s..... a lot of 3s.
Yeah but the squad we have now is definitely not a 6 seed. So we can't expect to just win on bases that the Pacers are overrated.

I want the Lakers in the second round after we knock out the nets in the first (no jinx-fingers crossed). Then Oklahoma in the easter finals then Miami in the superbowl!!

Duhon passes up an open shot to pass the ball to Big Baby with 2 seconds on the shot clock.
fixed.
For real, how does Big Baby always get that shot? Its like he runs to the ball when there's 2 seconds left on the shot clock.

Ok guys, I'm gonna read this thread from the beginning. Don't tell me what happens.

So Otis says he doesn't know his purpose on this team. Did anyone else catch that or did I hear that wrong?

So I haven't been around much lately and I'm not reading through all of this thread, but what I'm gathering is this. Dwight got the buzz going around that he would stay this year and opt-in for next season in order to make the Magic feel secure in keeping him until the end of the season. So then he could hop along to the Nets in the offseason and the Nets would still have all their assets without having to give any of them up to Orlando. He figured why not ride it out in Orlando for another 2 months or whatever and just sign in NJ next year and they will still have everything and Orlando will have nothing. But then the Magic wanted the opt-in in writing so he changed his mind? Ok. Whatever dude. What a ploy. He was trying to pull a fast one. Him or his slick dick agent. I'm disappointed in him. **** him.
This is exactly how I see it.

Yikes:
@@varner48MoH "Dwight Howard on situation: "They took a chance on me when I was 18. Take a chance again."
He is really trying hard to keep the pieces together for whichever team he is headed this offseason.

This is planned. They already have a coach. But they are making it seem like they are looking for a coach to replace the open spot. And not seem like dropping Coach Brown for this new coach. Phil maybe....
