1. So much time without posting...

This moves looks really desperate, specially the Arenas move. there wasn´t other option for us? Really? Take that HUGE AND AWFUL contract of a player who never win anything who has problems, bad attitude, who has he´s worst numbers of he´s career. I mean he never was a good shooter, but now he looks awful even with john Wall in the team. If this going bad? We can´t do anything. I know Otis want to make Howard stays, but this move looks really unintelligent and desperate.

Jason Richardson an upgrade over Carter? It´s unfair fr Vince to say that. I really want to see other player not named Carter in our core, and i never wanted him in orlando, but all know that Richardson won´t have the same responsabilities that Carter had. About J-rich, it comes to my mind the playoffs that richardson let Artest get that rebound that eliminates Phoenix.

I like Hedo´s back, he will do the great things that he did when he was other seasons, but he will be the same player? I hope Stan will.

Gortat and Pietrus to Phoenix and Arenas and Richardson in orlando, make us SCARY weak on defense. Who will play the defense that Stan likes? i don´t want to see Van gundy making an hara-kiri.

i don´t see how this team can beat San Antonio, Los Angeles, Boston or Miami in playoffs.

Of course this core needs the opportunity to show they can win a championship but still...

Can Stan make this team works and playing good defense to take this team to another level?

The major part of this trades are a BIG "IF"

We solved the Washinton problem if you ask me...

  2. On one hand, I see he is not in the same level of "Ego" that LeBron, but on the other hand, did you notice when he played in FIBA, that he actually WANTED to shoot with the arms defender in his face?

It looked to me he wanted to prove how good he is. I dont think it is a bad thing, he is kind of cocky and that is good for such a hell of a player. But a little bit of a show off too (again, not at any point comparable to James)

Yes, he want it, IMO he is triying to send a message that IMO was very clear this last west playoffs. This kid is a monster, You have to see the series against the Lakers, Kobe & Gasol survive just for a very tiny difference. The thunders are the future, and the monster int he flag is Kevin Durant.

podemos contener a Wade, James y Bosh?

  4. clearly you didnt not get my point.

My problem was your team? not sending many of there FIBA players down to Aus to play warm up games for the championship.... thats lack of class on there side by disrespecting the Australian team.... Made the games pointless

We don't have some great players for this fiba world championship. And we also need to start to look for other young players to can play for the national team. We always do this kind of stuff, at some games, specially, in the first part of the training for the tournament. Also some players have some compromises with their families and teams in other leagues. If you play all the entire season, playoffs and the world champ tournament you don't have to much time to rest or see your family.

You didn't know how to write the name of my country and you insult my people, and you are saying to me that i misunderstood your point?

    Im not stupid.

Again ignorant and lack of class.

  5. Wow, Argentina got whooped by Lithuania. Now if you ask me who's the better team, I say Argentina, everything went wrong for them and right for Lithuania.

Scola was very well defended and missed some easy shots too.

The 3pt battle in the first half just killed it.

I still think USA will have no problem beating their next 2 opponents.

Argentina play awful defense, dont'move the ball well, and Lithuania plays GREAT defense. Also Lithuania shots inhuman % of 3ś and after a 20 ponts lead this game was outa of the Argentinaś hands.

i feel sad, because we have the oportunity of win this game and we didn't play as we can play. the worst Argentina game in this World Champ.

Russia would be very tough for Argentina, but if we play as we can we can in the game.

Turkey or Serbia can beat USA, but would be tough games. the problem with USA is the offense.

  6. I hope Argenitian get knocked out as soon as possible. I have no respect for that team after they sent a team which none of there best 12 players were in (and even there headcoach did not show) for warm up games against Australia. It made the games boring and pointless... Warm up games are ment to be there to prepare for the championships!

F.U. Argentian and your flopping players.

    Ignorant and lack of class.

  7. FIBA rules/refs are overall better than NBA ones, except for the 3pt line being closer to the goal.

For example, in a FIBA game, if you're shooting a free throw and score but an opponent violates the line before you shoot the ball, you don't have to repeat it. There's no protected area for offensive fouls; travelling calls are much more accurate and less timeouts - they really piss me off.

But I've also seen refs being really bad during this World Cup, especially against Jordan in their match with Argentina and Angola's match with Germany. They were protecting the most established teams a lot

Yes, the refs of this world champ looks AWFUL. Anyway as you say overall they are better refs than in the NBA.

For some poeple who think that the fiba rules sucks, well sometimes the USA team has many troubles to play with "easy fiba rules". Some people has to be less ignorant, some people should see more international basketball.

  8. Big surprise by Serbia, beating the current World Champions.

Serbia-Turkey and US-Argentina (hope), shape up to be good matchups.

Spain never looks strong as they use to be this world champ. They didn´t have their best player (Pau Gasol) Calderon get injured one wekk before the tournament starts, and rubio looks ordinary.

Anyway was a very close game, and Serbia coem back as a Phoenix after years of dissapointments and internal problems in their national teams. Now Serbia looks like a championship contender as they looks years before in their gold years.

Good choices of the Coch to not call some nba serbian players.

  9. Bosh is a great player, not at the same level of Wade and James.

As he can say that bosh is great in toronto in the middle of a bunch of mediocre players, we can say that bosh would be great in the middle of two superstars who can feed him and absorb the double team defense.

Miami would be great, and probably would win the champ. but still they have to prove it playing and winning.

I have to really bring back stats of Michael jordan? i mean killing utah when pippen goes down? You just make a really ignorant comment when you compare a little single thing with Jordan. you are the person who doesn´t have any factible point to justify carter failure as a go-to-scorer and clutch player ala kobe in the playoffs, he didn´t need to come with 20 points a gme, he only needs to show up in the crucial moments, and then he castastrofcally fails.

you probably will bring here a youtube mix of Carter, or maybe the 50 points game in the season. or maybe wow he looks great on febraury, but hey that wasn´t the big deal with carter. he needed to show up in the critical moments on the Magic, that´s why we bring himhere, and he fails because he´s a loser.

    You aren´t seeing the reality.

just tell me what reality you are into, to talk about in the same terms.
