  1. Good stuff! That brings such a smile to my face, but I'm still kind of worried about his health and how his return may affect the groove the we're on right now. To be honest, I'd much rather have Jameer sit out and play it safe. Btw, your sig is HILARIOUS!
  2. Very interesting point you bring up, kudos. Now I also want to know why the media aren't relaying this info to the public. Bullcrap.

Weren't the Magic up 3-1 against Pistons once?

Agree 100%. This series is definitely not over, once you get that fourth win, it will. Until then, we must not let up. Expect an extremely tough game at the Q for Game 5. If the Cavs take that, Game 6 would be a must win for the Magic...and we all know anything can happen in one game. Keep on the throttle! Our best bet is closing it out on the road again. We did it in Philly and Boston and I'm sure we can do it in Cleveland, but it'll be the hardest of them all. I'm also worried about Dwight's techincal situation. I created a thread after Game 1's tech number 4. No way I thought he'd pick up two more in a span of three games. Let's hope it get rescinded. (Highly doubt)

    OKAY Mo Williams......OKAY dude......

Mo Williams is a cheap and whiny player who doesn't do crap but wait for the pass from Bron to shoot the open 3. Put me in his place and I'll be an allstar too. But this guy can't whine any more than he does now. Whiny Williams...
  5. Are you guys in the same arena? Because DAM it WAS loud when our crowd actually had the chance to get into the game tonight. The refs definitely killed the flow of the game and the fans never really got a chance to get in it. But for those moments that they did, the Amway Arena was absolutely rockin. It was great.

I Hate Stewert Scott *From ESPN*

If that kind of stuff irks us, imagine how much of an annoyance that is to our players, especially Dwight. I'm sick of ESPN and their favoritism.
  7. Great stuff, thanks for the synopsis Sky! Watching our players pull together and pull for one another, watching them support their coach and have confidence in him and in themselves has been an absolute joy for us fans this year. I'm crazy proud of our guys and it's been such a treat watching them put this run together this year. They really are special and they're brining back the spirit to O-town. Keep it up fellas!
  8. This comes as no surprise to anyone. We're always the underdogs. Always will be apparently until we sweep every opponent and in every round, including the Finals...then do it again next year. Screw the line, we're all believers, not witnesses.
  9. ...if the gets just 3 more technical fouls. Anyone else worried about this? The league suspsend players who pick up seven techincals in the postseason. Dwight's count is at 4. It was funny but fishy to see the league react so quickly to protect Kobe Bryant and rescind his techincal the moment he picked up his 5th against the Rockets. Dwight picked up two vs. Philly, one vs. Boston, and picked up his 4th last night. Are you guys nervous that he'll pick up 3 more?

Thanks Chuck E. Cheese and Ronald McDonald

Watch Hedo get some endorsements from Papa John's or Domino's or Pizza Hut or whatever. Dwight? He'll get McDonald's. Dwight has already made a few McDonald's commercials. I am pretty sure Dwight's agent told him to eat one in front of the reporters after Hedo got all the attention from eating pizza. Free PR for a big client Only thing better would be if Dwight was asked about the win, and he replied, "Ba-da-bup-bup-ba, I'm loving it!" LOL! Anything for money these days...

Dwight Howard will be suspended again...

quote: Originally posted by Jedi_Master1121:F U C K E N A S S H O L E DONT SCARE ME LIKE THAT!!! LOL! It's a legit possibility that I'm worried about! If calls are going to get worse against Dwight like they were last night, he's bound to let his emotions get the best of him and snap at the refs. It's not too far fetched to say the refs will be blowing their whistles even more against Dwight in Game 2, no way they allow the beloved Cavs to go down 0-2. What happens if we get past the Cavs and make it into the finals for another 7 game series? Can we really put all our eggs in the basket and say Dwight won't pick up 3 more from here on out?

Doesnt it seem so long ago?

Bill Simmons 5/20 Chat on Dwight

One of the most blindsighted, ignorant, and delusional person I have ever seen. That's all I have to say.

    Hollinger eats some crow......kinda

I love how Hollinger pointed out that people should put a lot more weight on how the season series turned out between two playoff opponents, especially if it was as lopsided as it was this season between the Cavs and Magic. We do matchup well against them, but were we the only ones who saw that or what? No one in Orlando is surprised that we took a game in the Q, everyone outside of Orlando however thought that you had a higher chance of getting struck by lighting while flying, causing you to crash into the ocean, then causing you to get attacked by a shark.

Sad but True....we will have to overcome the ref's AGAIN...

quote: Originally posted by Miller4Prez64:It's the ECF, we're playing the MVP in his house. We should know in advance we aren't getting the calls. Don't you think that's total BS then? That we actually have to ACCEPT the fact that we won't get called fairly for the sole reason of playing the MVP in his house? That's ludicrous that the league has allowed this. How many times did LeBron travel last night? How many Dwight fouls...were actual fouls? He almost got fouled out just ON offensive fouls, are you kidding me? LeBron crashes full force into the lane, but the moment there's any contact...even if our defender jumped straight up (Dwight Howard's last foul anyone?), the refs blow their whistle. I disagree with it and I believe this crap that the NBA is pulling really turns people off and takes away the fairness of the game.

    Great Win (From Cleveland)

It was definitely a great game to watch. LeBron was so impressive. Seems like he got those 49 points so easily, it's crazy to think if he puts his mind to it...he can put a team completely on his back and single handily beat a team in the playoffs. This series is going to be a fun one. Two of the best teams on the league going at it in a 7 game series. This is such a treat to the fans and I wish both teams the best of luck and health. May the Magic *cough* I mean, the best team win haha.

    We Are All Believers

Yes sir! We are all believers, and will always be. We refuse to become another impressive stat for the Cleveland Cavaliers, we came here to write a completely different script, our own script. We expect the unexpected and we show resliency. What a great game last night, what a great showing from our boys. I'm crazy proud and wish them continued success...deep into June. It'll be a tough series, but what a way to start! LET'S GO MAGIC!

    Postseason FT Disparity

Great analysis Smack. I, myself, don't think this is just a coincidence. It's blatantly obvious what's been going on this postseason. Teams are clearly favored. I don't want to believe this but I've seen way too much not to. Let's hope our guys fight through all this adversity and prove that we belong in the ECF. I'm tired of teams getting an extra assist from the refs/front office. Like Coach says..."Let's just play the games, let's just play the games..."
  24. This is really bad. What a dagger. I don't know how our guys can recover after a heartbreak like this. Goin back to Boston for Game 5 is not going to be fun. I can't effin believe this....can't believe it.
