For those of you that watched the game, you should have noticed that we were outscored by the Raptors every time Hedo was on the floor. Whenever he checked out, our offense flowed better (because the ball movement didnt stop whenever the ball reached Turk's hands) and our defense was markedly better.

This year Turkoglu has had 1-2 great games, 3-4 good games, a half dozen average games, and the remainder of the games he's played have been poor.

He has 2 back to back ugly FG% and he takes more shots than some players who are currently shotting it better than him. I saw him throw some bricks today, but I'm used to it already. He does create his own shot and is a good play maker, but when he has a bad game...forget about it!

  2. I am sick of Bogans. The dude cannot defend. Kobe, Wade and now Parker have gone nuts against him. If I was Otis I would trade the guy, play Lee and have JJ come off the bench.

I am not a JJ fan, but we can't blame it on him. He score some points and brought some energy something Bogans can't do!

Now looking back, if T-Mac was still here, our team would be held down. It might be more talented, but the work habit would not be the same.

For all the times I hear that Rashard Lewis is overpaid, at least he goes out there and plays hard every game. He plays at a different position than he used to and actually plays better defense at this position than the one he played at when we got him. I'm so much happier having Lewis than T-Mac."

Remember when we lost 19 straight games??? He wanted to retire and he was only about 23 years old. He should think about it now!!!

  4. IMO if Howard gets hit hard and the refs just call a foul, Howard needs to chill out, shot his free throws and whenever he has an opportunity commit the same kinda foul at the same player that hit him.

I am a soccer player and that is what I used to do. If the other player did not get a flagrant foul why would I? It was the same foul just at the other end of the floor.

When Lee and JJ were on the court at the same time we had good fast ball movement and they did not get killed on D and the two of them are respectable shooters that the defense will have to keep on them. Also with the way Detroit went after AJ and Bogans, I think it is time for a change. Does anyone else like this idea or am I alone.

An experienced team like the Pistons would find a way to destroy JJ and Lee playing together, but at this point I'd try anything to see AJ on the bench!

We need to face it, with this current lineup we can not beat Detroit, Boston, or Cleveland in a series. I just don't understand why you would keep players on your bench, continue to pay them not to play. We need a trade or it will be a 2nd round exit again. Thanks Otis.

The big guys from Detroit are excellent defenders and yes they do own Howard, but please don't tell me that Boston or Cleveland own him too.

Boston play great defense as a team and they are able to stop him. KG does not defend Howard because he does not want to get into foul trouble. He may defender Howard in the 4th, but that will leave Lewis with someone else that does not play with the same intensity as KG.

Cleveland???? Come on! Who is going to stop Howard there? Ilguaskas? Wallace? Varejao?

I think we lost this game b/c the team played with the mentality that they were going to lose. Our players think they can't beat Detroit and get scared plus they are much much tougher than us.

Also, seven wins in a row, can we achieve our first eight game win streak when the season actually means something since a long time ago?

Iverson is what worries me. They guy hasn't been too hot this season, but we know he's a magic killa!

At least he finally scored tonight for the first time in 3 games.

Is SVG trying to prove something by giving Pietrus 10-15 mins? Because even in those 10-15 he is outproducing Bogans. Is he superstitious?

I like Bogans as a backup who maybe plays 10-15 mpg, doesnt hurt you, plays good defense, maybe knocks a shot down, but him starting on a team that should be competing for a championship this year is a joke.

I hate to complain because the rest of the team is doing so well but Pietrus should be back in the starting lineup. Its one thing to lose your job to someone due to injury, but to lose your job due to injury to a guy who you are playing better than is rediculous.

As much as I agree with starting Peaches, you don't **** with a winning streak.

Agree! You don't want to mess up the team chemistry.

I also think that SVG may not like him very much right now. I can't remember if it was against the Lakers or Hornets that he made some ugly and rushed shots and SVG criticized him after the game. Today he made a stupid foul against a player that was shooting a 3 (and 1) and he did not see any action for a long period of time. It was kinda weird that he was taken out for that foul.

Hello! Here goes my first post here.

I think Granger is having an all start season, but Indiana is 8 games below 500 and he's only averaging 5 more points and 1 less rebound than Lewis.

    C. Butler??? The Wizsucks have only won 4 games and Butler it their go to guy. He only averages 2 more points and 4 more assists.

Ilgauskas? I'd rather have Lee, R. Wallace..heck even Perkins.

But I'll agree with you! There won't be any room for any more magic players!

Let me clarify, I don't think these players all deserve to make the team, they are just who I assume will make it based on name and rep.

I understood your first post. You normally go to the all start game by being popular. Iverson isn't playing well and fans are still voting for him.
