All of the players you mentioned had hall of famers on their team and helped win a championship. LeBron did not have the same luck and still took a cavs team to the finals with a bunch of scrubs. I was too not happy when he signed w Miami, but i guess i'm over it and I can now appreciate his game

Not necessarily. Your knee could heal in less than 12 months for a torn ACL, but being ready mentally could take you 8 months to maybe 18. I had a torn ACL I stepped on a field 12 months after even though my doctor said 6-8 months. A friend was on the field after 7 months. If you tear your ACL and something else like MCL or PCL or maybe even your meniscus then we're talking of long time!
