I think it all comes down to the person. Middleton doesn’t have the potential to be a mover and shaker in the outside of basketball realm. He’s a hell of a player as should stay where he is appreciated. Giannis obviously is a transcendent talent with a ton of marketing potential. It just seem in his case he’s comfortable. He should be, they’ve built around him and will continue to do so.

I’m not ready to surrender the season yet but if we were out of it, that’d work. I’d trade Vuc and a protected first to New Orleans for Jrue. He could make up Vuc’s scoring and we’d still have Ross to boost bench scoring.

Listen dude if Mo is on this team come this time next year and we have a franchise guard, then cool. I still don’t think he’s starting caliber anytime soon. On some things sure. Drafting raw prospects and being so precious about them being an asset only half a decade from now is I’ll advised. I like Bamba actually but there is a long history of these type of players beings busts. Your’ assumption that not only will he not be a bust but will be the masthead of this franchise says a lot. It reminds me of when people here assumed MARIO was Doncic level transcendent.
