I have no idea what we should reasonably expect from Fultz when he comes back. Here's got the widest range of outcomes i've ever seen. Something between a better version of what MCW did the other day and better De'Aaron Fox.

Are you listing Fox because you're playing it safe on him being healthy enough to shoot 3s? Fox is a really good player but Fultz could be an NBA SUPERSTAR

As you stated we only will $16 million anyway so we can forget Russell.   It is obvious that some one and done's take time to develop.  Lakers gave up on Russell too early and looks like he will have a nice career.  I think we have the same, and actually even better in Fultz.  Philly's discard too early may become our Russell even better.

Oh I for one truly believe he will

Dude. You're delusional. Fournier has had a tough year offensively, but look at the body of work..... His defense has actually been better in my opinion then it ever has in the past. Mario can't even start for New *****ing York.

Yeah Fournier is still an above average starter for his position. Hes also one of the most clutch players in the league. His eye test can mess you up but the dude plays hard and makes a difference. We are a completely different team when hes playing well

Zion has definitely earned the right to be drafted #1 in this year's NBA draft.  You cannot teach the skills of someone who is 6'7" 280 pound quick explosive leaper who broke all of Duke's vertical leap records reported as over 40 inches and verballed by  Coack K as 45 inches. Yeah, he will have to adjust to the speed of the NBA but no one could handle the power of Barkley (probably the reason he was so good for the 1992 Olympic dream team) and Zion appears more powerful.  All Star in the making for sure.  Add to the fact that he can handle the ball and drive down the lane.  Anybody gonna stand in his way?

Yeah I think hes a super exciting player and definitely definitely should go #1. He deserves the hype as well and will probably be a nightly Sportscenter highlight machine. I also worry about his body holding up to the force weight and pounding he puts on it. I worry about his knees.

I thought Fournier played well against Atlanta and he was 11 points 4/12. That’s saying something. I’m not in anyway saying Mario is good, it’s more the fact that Evan has fallen off a cliff and is damn near unplayable now.

Fournier can be super odd where he'll have a good game and fit in with our team and then have a bad game but score in the last 2 minutes of the game to save our bacon for the win.

I know you are talking nba level skills, but I watched every game since he came back. The kid hit the 3, pull up shots and mid range jumpers with nothing but net.He really does look like Barkley. The comparison is justified.

I have to remind the youngsters on the forum, Barkley  was amazing, he was a unicorn. Don't hold it against him having no championships. He was top 5 in my lifetime  and probably  my favorite player to watch.

Barkley was a career 26 percent 3 point shooter. His best season from 3 was 33 percent which is still below league average of 35 percent. You basically have to build the Milwaukee bucks around him. A rim protecting stretch 5, and a high level wing 3 and d guy in Middleton. There's only two guys that can make a team like that and both of them are building the Orlando Magic so unless Zion goes go that Mickey Mouse team in Central Florida, I dont see his winning potential to be fully realized.

We missed out on the top 5  because we are clueless when it comes to tanking.  I do not endorse tanking but to say it does not work is delusional.  You have to do it timely and correctly something we have never done.  Now I think it is way too early to think this draft was not deeper than 5 stars.  I could easily see Bamba, after watching what he has done this year against NBA players,  making it 6 star deep and Porter, Jr, if he gets healthy, 7 star deep.  Wish Bamba would not have been injured.  Yeah there were times he was on a learning curve, but there were times he schooled veterans.  I do not think it will take him as long as some people think to be a major contributor.  I think as early as next year which is why I am not worried on what Vuc decides.

Bamba is as mobile as he is long, that's scary. Hes also skilled at shooting.  He could be a perrenial DPOY candidate and three point marksman at the 5 position. He could be a truly truly valuable player, potentially even more valuable with that skill set than many elite centers who are better at scoring overall but are lesser defenders (see Karl Anthony Towns). Hes already more skilled offensively than Rudy Gobert.  Bamba has elite upside, I've been diving into his history lately and man have we forgotten about himself as a high ceiling piece moving forward.

We've blown the lead but we end up losing by 6.

Zion wouldn't have any questions about his game if he was 2 inches taller

The problem with Zion is he cant shoot. He has to play the 4 so you have to have a stretch 5 that protects the rim and an above average small forward to keep teams honest, having both is almost as rare as having a player like Zion.
