Trading AG for Kemba - Magic may feel that AG will get a max offer and they don't want to match. Additionally, they may view Isaac as their PF of the future. They clearly need a better PG. Kemba only makes 12 a year for 2 years so they save $$ and have a major upgrade at PG.
